During my visit, I was very disappointed. I came after an event and there was a few people, so I expected a wait. Unfortunately, I did not expect a wait of over an hour for a burger and cookie. As soon as I went into the restaurant, employees seemed to be doing nothing with one even standing in the lobby on their phone. This is completely unacceptable and I hope that this does not happen again in the future. I understand that times may be hard with understaffing, but with everything that happened tonight, I will not be coming back. You just lost a loyal customer.
Several crew members look like they had not washed their shirts in weeks. One was literally black. I will not be back don’t want them touching my food. Gross! Took 21 min to get our food. The toast was burnt and was heel. One of the workers smelled of weed as well. Ordered a number 1 and a #13 chicken strips. Headset left in bathroom sink.
Do not come here unless you are prepared to wait up to a half an hour for your order.
A usual experience at this location will include a 15-25 minute wait for your order, which may not even be hot and fresh by the time you receive it. Employees are friendly enough, but the service time is abysmal. It would be more acceptable if the food was at least reasonably priced in consideration of this, but it isn't.
Was given wrong sandwich but did not discover until on the road to an appt., so did't have time to return it. Drinks tasted like they had set for a bit ( watery). I just don't get anymore it's like they don't care about service. It's not just Whatabuger either.
The women took our order and she listened we didn't feel rushed. What we ordered is what we got! I kno sometime I'm difficult but she made ordering easy!
Ridiculously long waits and mediocre food. The only thing this location does well consistently is make you wait FOREVER for your food.
I’ve been coming to this location for years and have put up with a lot wrong orders, missing food, and horrible customer service, but as bad as those things are, the wait time takes the cake. Recently, I’ve tried using curbside. And after an average of a 20 minute plus wait each time, I’ve had to go into get my food or I just had to leave and get a refund from Whataburger. Today, after waiting for 30 minutes with my screaming toddler in the car (who I didn’t want to bring into the store) I was about to just leave when they finally brought out my cold food.
If you’re in a hurry, avoid this location. If you’ve got less than 30 or 40 minutes to get food, avoid this location.
The inside of the restaurant is usually clean, so I guess that’s a plus…
Food was good as usual. I take issue with the shake flavor right now but that's not their fault. Only issue we had was they wanted to charge extra for ranch sauce. Never had that b4.
My first experience at Whataburger was great! The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The restaurant was clean. The food was delicious! I had the Bacon & Cheese Whataburger. The fries were hot, fresh, and tasty as well. The strawberry shake was on point. I’ll definitely visit Whataburger again whenever I’m in the area. There are no Whataburgers in Indiana. We definitely need some after my experience.
