This place offers pretty good food. I ordered a sweet and spicy bacon burger and the flavor was just spot on; it wasn’t too spicy and it had that kick of sweetness to it as well. I ordered a large meal and it was huge, I probably should stick to medium next time. As for the other burgers I haven’t tried yet, I heard that they’re good too. Overall 5/5 rating.
Every time I get food from here, it’s stale and cold and they always forget something. Why offer condiments if you’re not even gonna put them in there?! There’s never gravy in the chicken strip combo even after asking for it multiple times. The window people are never nice and I wish they cared about the quality of the food people are paying for.
Ordered large fry and got a half empty box of fries that tastes like old oil…. Oh did I mention it took 20 minutes! Best part was the worker had a brilliant personality!
Some of my coworkers have been telling me that I should try the honey butter chicken biscuit from Whataburger. So, this morning I did. Hopefully my cautionary tale will save you from suffering my same disappointment. To start with, I was in the drive through line for about 25 minutes. But the real horror began when I got the food home and unwrapped it. I first was met with tater tots that looked more like bricks. Then I unwrapped the sandwich and discovered an overcooked chicken tender in a biscuit with an unholy amount of honey butter sauce running out of the sides. I gave it a taste and it was awful. The biscuit was mushy, the chicken was rubbery and flavorless and the sickening sweetness of the honey butter was overwhelming. It was so bad I didn’t even finish it. These guys should stick to burgers and leave the chicken biscuits to that other place. You know the one I mean.

We came in after my grandson won his championship game today. (We gave him a choice, anywhere he wanted to eat). We were greeted by “Jay” who has been absolutely AMAZING from the moment we walked in until we walked out! -
He has been attentive, helping, caring and all together one of the most generous workers I’ve came across in a very long time.
Thank You Mr. Jay for making my grandson feel like a winner today. Your kindness has been most appreciated????????????????????????????‼️
Visited late night night/early morning and the drive thru had 4 cars and there were 4 or 5 customers inside. We placed our order and went to sit down and wait. It took almost 30 minutes to receive our food which I found a bit unusual when there were 3 crew members and the manager there.
The food WAS at least fresh and hot.
Even though all Whataburgers are technically open 24hrs, The Mustang Whataburger is the only one I know of in the OKC area that the dining room is ONCE AGAIN OPEN 24HRS!!!
No one would answer outside in service lane. So we had to call it in. Then it took them 30 minutes to deliver our food. The people behind us were getting out of their vehicles to see what the hold up was. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and they gave us a grilled cheese sandwich. The taquito was dry. Whataburger has always been my favorite place but i do not recommend this place.
