Decent place, wait times can be longer than other fast food places and sometimes they can forget your condiments on the side. However, the food is good and fairly priced. 4/5 stars
Daytime food is great at the 6702 Cache Rd location, nighttime, not so much, the boxed my fries up 15 minutes before my burgers were ready,

This place is pretty good on getting your order right or fixing it if they don't. The food has been tasty lately and the service is better than 6 months back. Good job everyone.

We ordered from doordash from this location, our food arrived and it seems as if no care was taken in the placing of it in the bag. Just because I ordered to go, service should not be sacrificed nor should presentation... reference photo.
Great experience, it was the lunch rush and everyone was nice and the food came out hot and fresh.
My granddaughter was student of the month at Eisenhower elementary second grader. She received numerous certificates from different restaurants around town, Texas Roadhouse, Teds, and Firero Pizza. (To name a few) No one else made us feel like we.lbWeren't welcome there!? We were like we were trying to put something over on them!" The manager in the picture is the one who took care of me personally. The 1st word She said to me is I can't accept this! it's not filled out. I responded, "Oh, did you need me to feel something out?" She responded NO!!!
It was for a junior hamburger in recognition of excellence. Very bad form how we retreated over a junior hamburger, to which if you look at the receipt. I upgraded because I wanted her to have fries and a drink. when I asked the manager if she could have a kid's meal and I paid the. Difference or whatever it takes, but I wanted her to have fries and a drink! As we sat in the dining room from 4:08 to 4:24 without the Burger! sitting there with the manager looking over at us! My Granddaughter finished her Dr Pepper shake when they finally brought the cold burger. I asked if she could have a cup of ice water. They had no ketchup, so they brought spicy ketchup to the table with an apology. My granddaughter asked if she could have barbecue sauce instead to dip her fries, and she was told no. It would cost you 65 cents! Where is the human decency and customer service? Have we lost all care for each other? my granddaughter, instead of excited to redeem her reward it was shadowed with negativity & sadness!
Yesterday was National Whatabuger Day, making it super busy but that is totally understandable. They where giving out free burgers! It was fun. Also tried their Banana Pudding Shake. It was so good.
