Slowest location I have ever been to by far. Unfortunately, this the closest one to us, so I have had the displeasure of regularly having to literally get out of my car from the drive thru and go inside to inquire where on earth my food is. Having everyone pull forward to just wait and then serve people out of order on a regular basis is a joke for what should be a drive thru and "fast food".
Y'all you don't want to eat here the current manager has completely run this store to the ground!! It's disgusting the food is old and I've even seen people drop food on the floor and serve it to customers they just change the labels on the salads when they expire and the employees don't wear gloves in the back when preparing food I've gotten sick from eating here a couple times.... just don't waste your money here. They also don't clean the shake machine at all they don't clean the girl or the oil for the fryers is disgusting....
Walking in was not welcomed when I went. The order I got was wrong. Fries were old and overcooked. Meat on the hamburgers felt like an hour or two old as well. Also, workers making the food were on their phones half of the time. I have worked at a Whataburger before, and this was probably by far the worst I have seen for everything. The manager needs to step it up.
My friends and me we where craving for a milkshake after an incredible night. Unfortunately the lady told us that they where cleaning the machine at 2am and we will not be able to get our milkshakes. This made us very sad and she noticed in our voices and we were ‘’ WHAT A SIGMA’’. She told us to wait 15 minutes so we just decided to get some burgers. At the end burger and milkshake is not that different right? Leave on comments what do you think…
i ordered for curbside and waited 10 mins after i checked in the app. finally went inside and still got no service. finally lady came and handed me a bag and walked away. do better guys please.
The shift manager was extremely friendly to me when I wasn't sure how a mobile offer worked, and he made a substitution that I didn't see as an option when I let him know I couldn't eat bread. Thank you for being great and patient.
Absolutely great service as usual ! Shari is an absolute asset to the company and excels in all areas of service, is courteous, kind and also very professional . I look forward to seeing her there and her presence makes the experience even more enjoyable . Today I was also served the food to my table by a young gentleman who I forgot to get his name . He started there in September and was a graduate of Bowie high school . What a lovely young man ! First class service.

After spending the evening in the ER from a nasty virus my husband caught he decided he wanted some comfort food. You don't expect to have a smile put on your face while in the drive through at a fastfood chain at 11 o'clock at night but that's exactly what Kendra did for us. She was high energy, fast, and SO NICE! Her bosses should give her a massive raise. Thanks for making our night Kendra xoxo
