The staff at 1:25am on October 31st made the best Whataburger I’ve ever had and I’ve been in Texas for 13 years. I was gonna buss. I ate in the parking lot and walked back in to compliment them. They are what make Texas and Whataburger top tier. God bless them and the establishment.
Good food and service. Probably the best of the bunch. I have eaten at all of them in Lubbock. I have to say this one is always consistently the top one I go to. They have the most helpful employees and they always serve hot food not room temperature food. Try them you’ll like them.
Got the avocado burger with fries large coke and large dr. Pepper shake. We stayed to eat there. The food was above average. The service was exceptional. All and all I give it two thumbs up. I will stop to eat at this one again. I do recomend
I chose 5 stars because Ms. Rochelette is phenomenal. I have generally had a good experience here before, but I really came to appreciate Ms. Rochelette recently. She knows what she's doing and is very efficient. I hope she gets a raise because she definitely deserves it for how hard she works, her good customer service, as well as her knowledge and experience. Thank you Ms. Rochelette for being awesome! :)
If you’re an Ubereats/Doordash driver, do not even try and pick up orders from here. It’ll take them 30+ mins and multiple people telling you it’s being prepared/bagged up with nothing. I understand they have drive thru and dine in to take care of, but online orders should also be prioritized as well. The customers have already paid for their food, and at a higher cost with delivery charges. I won’t even try to pick up from here again.
The absolute worst Whataburger in Lubbock. The workers are so damn rude and they just don’t care about the food they are preparing. It’s never fresh. Don’t dare ask for what you ordered…. They get really upset. I won’t go back again.
Worst place I've ever been to!! Burnt bun and dry chicken but still no refund!
Half a star. I got mush for pancakes. The Ranch burger had cold cheese that didn't even melt. Cold hash browns and not one sauce we asked for. Didn't even get butter or syrup for the mushy pancakes. I'm furious! ????
