This whataburger is on m way home, and usually i once in a while get something, this time around the service was subpar, and the fries they gave me literally as touch as nails. This is the last and final time i go to this location, I'd rather waste more gas for better service and food.
Whoever the manager on duty was needs a demotion

Worst place ever to go eat! Staff is very rude including this manager named nathen they gave me my order wrong, when i asked to speak with their manager he came and start giving bad attitude and didn’t want to give a refund of my money because he said it was my fault that i shouldve had order it right, never ever coming again!!!
Carol shouldn’t be a manager, she yells too much at her employees, I could hear her from across the restaurant, and it created a hostile environment
Apparently they started to reduce costs. That's fine, I guess. But what at some point you'll have to ask even for an extra napkin....not cool.
This location never fails to disappoint always messing up orders! So annoying even after ordering in person, drive through and in the app always something they mess up or forget to include in your order!
Gave me cold food. Cheese not melted because how cold all of the bun was. the way the lady taking orders this morning, speak up can't hear you! 723am. 4/14/2023
For not having a line today thru drive thru it was rather slow. The fries were stiff and could of used a reheat or better yet fresh fries. The burger was ehh. Asked for extra ketchup for 3in total.. Smh
