The food was okay, my pattie melt was dry,, it needs a sauce. The onion rings were delicious, definitely a must get... The raspberry tea was a miss, could barely taste the raspberry..
Took over 30 minutes to get a biscuit and two hash browns at 9:30a. Less than 3 customers inside and a relatively light drive through line.
Management should look at adjusting staffing so one person isn’t responsible for taking orders, cleaning the eating area, and practically running the kitchen.
It literally took 30 minutes to get my order. Having one dude carry the food out, take payments, and take orders is way to much on one person when they have to run back and fourth and that’s why it took 30 minutes. Four other cars got finished before us that was after us. I didn’t even get my change back because he was too busy. And it’s definitely a hazard, people backing out because they can’t pull forward to leave after they get their order.
Awesome Whataburger! My husband’s job involves travel and Whataburger is our go to for fast food. The employees here were awesome and friendly. Manager Kevin is a great guy, my husband enjoyed meeting and speaking with him. Food was good, fries were fresh and hot.
Drive thru attendant was very nice & made sure our order was right which I extremely important to us my husband is allergic to onions so many times we order & they still put the onions on. So thank you for actually doing your job by making sure the customer gets what they order.
Really good service! We are traveling through the state & stopped to get food at Chilis next door we waited 40 mins no food & the waitress was SUPER rude. 10/10 for Whataburger! As soon as you walk in you are welcomed & food for 6 came out in less than 5 minutes.
Im writing this as im sitting at the drive through window. It is 5am, and no customers aside from myself. It took several minutes for someone to even come through the speaker, and now ive had my order in for over 20 minutes with no one in sight. I guess im about to just leave. If I had 20 minutes to spare, I would have went to waffle house.
The folks working here were so friendly and gracious and our food was just right. They also had coloring pages and Halloween candy for my kids. Bathrooms were clean! Thank you!
