Drive through time was extensively long. They asked if I wanted cheese on my #2 and I said yes. No cheese as shown in photo. Also it looks like someone pressed the burger flat as a pancake? I’ve ordered from multiple whataburgers and never seen this lack of service. Also doesn’t surprise me as Arkansas college students who work on Wedington or MLK give terrible service to their customers and take forever to get food out the door as well as make it half decent.
If you order something that isn’t as popular on the menu late at night, please be prepared to find hair in your food. Normally a woman runs the drive through in late hours and always gets my order correct, but tonight some guy acted like it was an act of god. Beware.
I don’t know if it’s because the great state of Arkansas and the mighty Texas food chain have transportation or communication problems but this particular whataburger just CAN NOT get it right… the wait is always long even if the line is empty. The chicken (wings specifically) is peculiarly absolutely dry and most importantly, they give the most minimal amounts of honey butter on the honey butter chicken biscuit. I would be open to a discussion with the general manager to fix these short comings if they so please.

Ordered through grubhub. Placed order at 9pm. Delivery time said 30-40 minutes. Ok that's fine. Until it wasn't. Delivery time kept getting updated. Until it said 10:45pm. Seriously and hour and 45 minutes to get my order. This is completely unacceptable. Even if you go through the drive thru, you sit inline for 20 minutes. Why are they so slow? I'm done with whataburger. I"m so pissed
I got the sweet and spicy bacon burger. It's decent but Five Guys is better. I just find it preposterous that five guys asks people to tip so I opted for whataburger. More like whatadissappointment. All in all not terrible but nothing to write home about
Worst whataburger in existence, can never get food out on time, disrespectful workers, half the time the food isn’t even good. I just sat at the order station for 12 minutes while 2 other cars behind me in the other lane ordered ahead of me meanwhile I been completely ignored, figured I’d try the other line being that lane 2 obviously doesn’t know how to take an order, a car pulls up to 2 and instantly gets their order taken before me in lane 1, at this point 3 cars behind me are now ahead of me that shouldn’t have been at 4am and I’ve been in line for 25 minutes, I ask for a discount for the poor customer service which I never do but 3 cars?? Yet I got refused service by the sorry butt hurt whataburger employee over asking for a discount, I didn’t cuss, I wasn’t rude, I just asked for a discount (didn’t even say because of the god awful customer service) just explained 3 cars have ordered ahead of me that we’re behind me, absolute worst whataburger out there, hope y’all have fun working in fast food for the rest of your sorry lives :)
Burger was fabulous as always. However, I ordered it plain and for the FIRST time they asked me to pull up! Sad face! Ill wait on fresh food any day, but it did seem to take extra long!

Pulled into the parking lot at 1:30am to do the drive. We had been traveling all day and just wanted to get a bite to eat and get down the road. 1:48am our order was taken. Take took our money got our drinks quick then we waited.... We FINALLY got our food at 2:30am. That is not an exaggeration. The organization on how they run a double drive through is atrocious. Either close the dining area at midnight and focus on the drive through or go back to one line. Watching 5 or 6 cars get food in one lane while sitting in a hold pattern on the other can seriously test one's patience. Maybe they need to take some lessons from Chick fil A.
On the flip side. The guy who was working our lane (pictures) haf a great upbeat attitude, and was literally running, trying to do what little he could. So to him I give kudos.
