I rarely eat fast food, if ever, and I am constantly reminded why I shouldn’t when I do. Not worth it. Gross. Not only did it have onions when I requested no onions, but it was the most dry, stale, and tasteless burger I’ve ever had. Do yourself a favor and buy the ingredients if you want a burger. Not only is it a fraction of the price, it will taste good.
Ordered food and my order is wrong this location does this mess often. Just left and got home picture of receipt says sub Texas toast the picture is what I got. Another thing the person who brought me my food was rude and was more worried about her phone than working and making sure my order was correct. This isn’t the first time it has happened but I won’t be going back to this location. Bad service , doesn’t pay attention, & people working there who really don’t wanna work there
Food was great. Didnt wait long. We're from Texas so this was a pleasant surprise. Our favorite go-to hamburger place. On our route, easy to get right back on the road passing through. Decor was really nice.
First time trying whataburger and we were extremely disappointed. The drive through staff was extremely confused. We saw them bring someone food then take it back again. When we got to the window they listed off two incorrect orders. Then another girl came to the window and gave us the total. I asked her to list what was on our order before taking my card and she got annoyed. The food was not good at all. Burgers were lukewarm, greasy, and rubbery. Onion rings tasted stale. The chocolate shake tasted like it was mixed with some strawberry. The fries were decent but weren’t hot. For $30, I would definitely not try this place again. In & Out is far superior food, service, and price.
I have been a loyal Whataburger customer for years, but my recent experiences at the location run by Operating Partner David Koenneker have been nothing short of disastrous. As someone with 25 years of food and beverage experience, I can confidently say this location not only serves bad food but also has the worst customer service I have ever encountered.
Despite giving it multiple chances over several months, the quality has consistently been poor. The food is often cold, orders are incorrect, and the staff seems indifferent to customer concerns.
Mr. Koenneker, it’s time to take action and hire a General Manager who can turn things around and set the right culture. Whataburger has always been a favorite, but this ongoing bad experience is making me reconsider my loyalty. Please address these issues promptly to restore the reputation of this location.

Let’s get to the burger. Very dry. First bite I was sad. Last bite I knew that led to a review. Seldom review. Only good or bad.
This. Was Bad. Bad value. Long wait. And.service for pepper did not anticipate what I wanted.
Only reason I gave a two. The girl was cute. Her English was not good. But that’s Tucson.
It was alright but the meat is different these days if u know what I mean. But customer service is a 10 and the dine in area was pretty clean....
Over all I haven't ate whataburger in a couple years and probably can go another couple years ???????? Happy New year's everyone.
I love getting the breakfast bowl very often. But it seems that every single time we get food, something is messed up or left out. It got to the point where we go inside to ensure we get everything that we ordered. Today, they didn't put any sausage in either of the sausage bowls. That's not something we though we'd have to check. Disappointing service, even if the food is great. Probably won't be going here again anymore. Wasting money on food were not even getting.
