Took us an hour and a half to get our food I don’t understand how a fast food place took so long on a drive thru! Waiting 20 mins at the door and this guy was just cleaning not minding us sorry but this place is terrible!
Consistently disappointing to open up a meal and get chicken tenders barely the size of your palm- when you work hard for your money, the least they could do is give quality food and what you are asking and paying for. While I’m appreciative of Mike for offering me a free meal after one of my orders that was bad, tonight really confirmed they do not care. Same size chicken and did not get my sauces right. Even with Mike right there. Still had my order wrong.
Service was terrible. As a fast food worker myself, I understand how to deliver good customer service. Consistently here though, you will well overpay for little to no service, cold food, and 20 minute wait times. The food isn't even good. It's cold, old and dry having sat under a heat warmer for seemingly hours.
It cost me about $20 for 2 burgers. Not meals. 2 burgers...
Honestly Whataburger is overrated. Yea it's a quick burger fix but honestly not all that overly salty and just not that great. It's just better than Mickey D's Wendy's and BK but In & Out is way better and fresher
I hate leaving bad reviews…but when I do I can only hope that the business owner reads and learns from them. Every time I have ever been to this location I have always had a lengthy wait. Tonight I drove through the drive through and a very nice young lady took my order at my window instead of through the drive through intercom. She then asked us to pull up and wait. We sat there for literally 30 minutes while 6 other cars drove through. I stuck my head out of the window and asked that we please get a refund as we could not wait any longer. All I ordered was a single burger and fries! While they did give me a refund I would have preferred an apology and a ‘I’ll make sure your food comes right out’ response.
Always good always reliable. Quick service good food. The new iced caramel shake was way too sweet. But I mix it with a one-to-one ratio with straight black coffee and that was absolutely amazing. The south was very nice and the visit was very uneventful in a good way.
Never fails. This location always either takes forever or messes up orders. Today I got no napkins, no utensils (had to eat my food with my fingers) , & my large drink had no ice…. It’s difficult giving this location a new chance when Chick-fil-A is next door & I know I won’t have these problems there.
I normally don't like to complain about fast food. They have a tough job. But this location has just gone down as far as friendliness and quality of food. I normally order the breakfast taquitos and for three times that I have used this location this year, the hash browns have been burnt. You can't even eat them. For the price that I am now paying it is just unacceptable. I am a busy mom, I do not have time to run back and get a new order.
