I'm sorry but the food here use to me so good, but I really believe they changed there recipes or something is just not right, it don't matter wich one I go to, I always get sick after I eat it, not only that but I can't even eat the whole burger anymore.
But I can still eat the onion rings and drink their coke!
Their soda is hardly ever flat, and if you happen to get a flat soda, they really do fix it right away! So that's a good thing!
When picking up my order this morning from the drive-thru window, I noticed my ice coffees looking a lot lighter than usual . When I mentioned this to April feeling that it looked too creamy, her reply was "thats the way they come out." I miss customer service...
Always messing up on my order, which is why I drive all the way to Brooks now but last night my son just wanted hashbrowns thinking there's no way they could f it up. Well I was wrong, it's so disappointing how you can sell something like this
Such a disappointing experience. The slowest service I’ve ever experienced at a Whataburger Waited over 35 mins for just 1 spicy bacon burger. what takes the cake is that they forgot to put the bacon to my burger And The burger was super dry as if they prepped the meat hours ago. In all seriousness what’s going on here?
Do NOT come here after 9pm because the costumer service is really rude and you feel really rushed! If this restaurant wasn't the only one around me I would never come to it again! And don't ask for any condiments because they will roll their eyes at you.
A Dry and Flavorless Disaster at What-a-Burger
I recently ordered two sandwiches from What-a-Burger, a Patty Melt and their new Bacon Blaze burger. Both were incredibly disappointing. The patties were dry and flavorless, lacking any juicy, savory goodness. The bread on the Patty Melt was stale and tough, and the Bacon Blaze, while advertised as a flavorful new option, was just a dry, underwhelming mess.
It's disheartening to see such a decline in quality from a once-reliable fast-food chain. If you're looking for a satisfying meal, I strongly advise avoiding What-a-Burger. Their recent offerings are a testament to their disregard for customer satisfaction and culinary standards.
Gracie went above and beyond to make our breakfast on point. At the time the store had a shortage in a certain condiment and graciously she looked for what we needed with out hesitating. This exemplary behavior made our day. Great attention to detail.
Decent location, have experienced little to no problems at this location. Orders are correct, lines are usually minimal, wait times are never too long.
This location seems to be a little less busy than some others. Food quality here is the same as other locations, the advantage here is the speed at which you can get thru the drive thru most the time.
