So I waited over a hour at Whataburger just to get a breakfast on the bun that was throw together I open my sandwich to discover onions and lettuce on my breakfast sandwich and a egg shell I get this kind of food for waiting a hour
I order two sandwich combos and wanted to try their new wings Buffalo flavor. I was highly disappointed when I got home and realized I was missing both my fries and the wings were in fact 9 pieces but half of them were the size of a penny. It sucks when you get home spending a good amount of money on food and then half of your order is missing.
Went there friday with son. He had a #1 plain and dry. I had #1 all the way. His Was cold cheese not even melted. Sent back come back again real quick same way. Took back come back hot could tell just put in micowave to heat and melt cheese. My Was barely warm. Seem to be having help employee issues behind counter getting things done and for some reason had girl out cleaning dam Windows at a lunch rush. Last time there at lunch was mopping lobby. Poor management!!
I hate leaving these kind of reviews and tried to do this online with the company instead however their site was conveniently unable to process my concerns..hmm..anyway I ordered online as I left work and when I arrived there were about cars ahead of me in the drive thru. I was in line for 45 min before reaching the window. I sat another 15min waiting on my 2 drinks with a sack of already cold food when they handed it to me. I couldn't understand why all this happened while I watched about 6 grown men in the kitchen ..baffling. needless to say I won't be back
Double check your order. I got the Sweet and Spicy bacon burger and asked to add grilled jalapenos. I got charged for the jalapenos. I didn't get ANY bbq sauce or jalapenos on my burger
This is one of my favorite spots to eat. I love how everything is fresh to order. The only thing I had a problem with was some of the tables were dirty
We go for breakfast quite a bit. The food is hot and tasty. The coffee is hot and not to strong.
O wow how rude the lady was ol Kim the manger... Told me the line took so long because they are sort stuff with more then 6 people working ,... Waited in line for 15_20 mins just too order with one car in front of me . Then was talked to very rude like after asking about a ice cream/ shake machine as she would say . I'm glad I was not your mystery shopper Kim ;) you would have done horrible. I remember being 17 years old and being able to hold the line and drive thru down . By myself with one team leader on shift and speaking to all my customers nicely. This is Whataburger we could do better than Kim. Please send this to corporate or Whataburger of mesquite management. This has made me questions whataburgers upper management for even hiring Kim we can do better
