If the cashier would take that AirPod out of her ear maybe she could have heard I said no cheese then the fries were burnt and old.
The slender girl with curly hair bringing out my food to curbside was incredibly rude. I tell her hi and she gives me the 'shut up and take your food' look. And rolls her eyes and walks away like she's being forced to work there. The time before, the guy at the drive through window holds my drinks at the ledge and would NOT hand them to me. He just stared at me until I was like, so....do I have to get out of my car and get them? He never budged. Idk if he was high or just that rude. I go for the food, but the service is just BAD.
Worst location in town. Always missing at least 5-15 dollars worth of items from any order I place. When brought to their attention they don't reimburse my points or and funds to my card. and say I have to come in person for replacement order. I wouldn't order delivery if I could come in person. Literally done with this place.
Not the first bad experience but to lie in my face and tell me you don’t have gravy when you clearly do but tell me no bc yall don’t wanna make it & wait 10 min bc it’s busy. Take yalls business somewhere else, this place always has messed up management, food that they forget to place in the bag, long waits. Not worth it & the funny thing is he tried to give me coupons for his apologies for lying….what a joke
We dined in and received Fast friendly service, they didn’t mess up orders and are quick to offer condiments. Thank you to all the employees that are here tonight 12/02/24 @ 7:40pm

Very durty location. I always dine in but want to skip that from now on
Alway just want me to hurry up with my order. Customer service non-existent. I will stand at front counter for ever just for no acknowledgment.
The Lady at the register was very nice and funny. The food was very fresh and good. The young man who brought us our meal was very polite and went back and brought us napkins. When he noticed we didn't have any. I will go back again.
