I popped in for a quick snack and catch up on paperwork. I was blown away by how lovely De'Asia was. Service was quick and friendly and she went above and beyond to grab anything I might need. Location was clean, stocked and welcoming. Great Job!
I only stopped in to try their birthday shake. I couldn't get the coupon to load for me in the app, but the staff was patient and helped me with that. The shake was amazing! I can't eat much at Whataburger, but I will be back for a shake.
This was only my second time going to a Whataburger and it was my first time inside of one.
Jamie & Steven were very nice. Jamie was extremely helpful. The customer service was awesome and those two deserve a raise.
During a road trip we stopped at Whataburger in Oklahoma we had the breakfast two days prior in Texas and was informed of the free coffee deal. So before we ordered we looked up the promotion on the website after ordering we asked about the coffee promotion and was rudely told that your company furniture have a promotion like that we asked for the manager and pulled up the promotion which he insisted on reading as customers we shouldn’t have had to educate employees on company promotions
Good food! They were very busy yet the staff was fast and on top of it. Had a slight problem with pickles on my burger. Went inside the lobby and had no problems getting it corrected. The manager Sam was extremely helpful and she was apologetic about my order she got me hooked up with a fresh burger quick! Thanks Sam for helping me out instead of being rude! I will for sure be back again
Why other folks give it a bad rap is beyond me. Every time I've been here the staff is always helpful and packed with manners. Food has always been exactly how I've ordered it and I don't get that "disgusted" look I get at other burger joints when I ask for something extra. My family and I love it.
While not Whataburger fans, in general, my wife, grandson, and I stopped by the Muskogee location recently. Julissa,a manager on duty was super friendly and helpful. The overall atmosphere was odd and staff seemed a bit more focused on time rather than customer service and quality. I’m hoping it’s just a short staffed thing like everywhere else. I do recommend stopping in, even if just to get some of their amazing ice! :-)
20231029T1645 - Arrived around 4:45 and while the drive through line was extremely long, inside was mostly empty. Mobile ordering is not turned on yet. I ordered the medium Chili Cheeseburger combo meal at 4:49 and sat down. Read the 1 star ratings while I waited. Order cost $12.87 total. Received my order 10 minutes later. I was offered regular or spicy ketchup. I chose spicy, it was tasty but not really spicy. The food was hot. The burger was moist, tasty, and bigger than I expected. The fries were good. A family sitting near me had an error on their food which the restaurant staff corrected. There was a gentleman that was here when I arrived and didn't get his to-go order until 5:04. What people need to realize is that a new fast food location is always going to be hit or miss, especially in a small town like this. Same thing would happen at Ramstein Air Base with new restaurants.
