I grew up with Whataburger and have had one nearby everywhere I have ever lived. This one is by far the slowest I’ve been to. This isn’t the worst service I have ever received, but there is definitely room for improvement. The food is pretty good, but the hash browns are overcooked every time. They aren’t supposed to be hard and crunchy. Please fix this. The guy that usually runs the window in the morning is oddly aggressive and also insists the guest comes to him to give their payment/get their food despite the fact that we physically can’t lean any further. He stands like a foot away from the window and barely holds out his arm. Put a TINY bit of effort in, please, to meet us halfway. Lastly, there have been several times that I have had small orders and no special requests, but I will be missing a sauce that always comes on the sandwich, or missing fries, etc. It’s not terrible but there is a lot of room for improvement to get as good as a Whataburger should be.
Not one of my favorite places. The staff is young and not very helpful. The food is overpriced and basic fast food. I’ve been here a few times, but definitely not somewhere I frequent.
I placed an online order for pickup through the drive thru. I got in line two cars ahead of me (no big deal). It took them 10 minutes to get those cars through then I pulled up to the window and they forgot I was there. I was told to pull up because they were waiting on fresh hashbrowns (they were cold). I was in the drive thru line at FAST FOOD with a pre order for 18 minutes. I will say my biscuit was good and all but for FAST FOOD I shouldn’t be in line for more then 5-10 minutes. Just fixing this service would be GREAT!
The food is amazing, but it’s incredibly slow, it can take 20 minutes easy in the drive through, with just me in the line. Would be a five star place if they could speed the drive through up.
Nothing more embarrassing than ordering food thru drive thru and having ur card get declined so I check the balance first almost every time. Tonight is no exception but still it got declined. The sweetheart at the window was more than understanding and felt compelled to let me have my sandwich anyways. I will be back!! Customer for life here. Very pleasant attitude and good food. What else could u want?
I ordered a number one, no cheese with extra onions. I did the meal with a large fry and a medium sweet tea. I also paid for a jalapeño ranch. What I got was a burger with extra cheese and no onions, I cannot eat cheese. I also did not get the sauce that I paid for. I called and spoke with Cole, he told me to bring the receipt back the next time I was in the area and they would replace the meal. That's not what they did. They only replaced the burger, but there were so many onions on it. You literally went from one extreme to the other. I would avoid this particular establishment, there's plenty of other fast food places down the road. this is my third time , trying to give them a chance and they're third fail
Loren was fantastic and made sure everything went smoothly. Our order was correct and quick and he was able to handle our redeeming points and paying with the app without needing to call someone over.
Whataburger had some bumps early on when they opened, but it’s definitely improved!
Just experienced perfection at drive thru w/ Bailey. Superb cust service, she clearly knows her job VERY well. Hope they appreciate how devoted she is to this compant. Also: day time Lawrence, Fantastic emplyee. We need more great people like these! Give this Place positive reviews if you have! Siloam Springs has truly worked hard to get this place 'hoppin'!
