Ordered a DoorDash order at about 5 Am. I received my order with really old condiments . Not fresh at all. This is so disappointing because I enjoy coming to this
Specific location. Ridiculous
I requested the apple cranberry grilled chicken salad. My husband came home with a container with salad greens and cranberries. No apples. No chicken. It was a very sad salad. I give two stars because I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and size of the actual plastic container it came in. Missing my protein goal for the day though.
Five stars for great service! I walked in with a complicated birthday breakfast to-go order for my group of a dozen coworkers this morning. They not only turned the large order around in 20 minutes, but also put everyone’s individual order in a labeled bag and packed it all in a complimentary Whataburger reusable tote that we gave as a gift to the birthday celebrant. I could not be happier with the service I received from cashier Casey W., and assistance from the kitchen.
I am especially glad for the human touch with inputting the order correctly—my first two attempts to enter it myself on the mobile and desktop Whataburger website started taking about a minute per click once I had entered about four items each time. The website is trash! I hope corporate knows how valuable their on-site people are compared to their digital product.
This place is usually a hit or miss because their food presentation could either be normal/food or terrible. This time it was terrible. Luckily we had extra hamburger buns in the fridge to replace it but the hamburger bun was not even on the hamburger it was sliding off and it was soggy. It was disgusting. Their food was cold. It tasted like left overs. The drink was TERIBlE too! I’m t tatsed like carbonation water. There’s no point of having a sprite. I think they to forgot to out the lemon lime setup or it’s ACTUALLY left over just like their food. There wasn’t even the tiniest of sup of flavor of actual sprite. They forgot to give us any correct sauce they asked us if you wanted sauce and we said both. They only gave us two spicy. Our order was 3 spicy and 3 regular/fancy. The lady who took our order said” welcome to what burger.” Did NOT even say what would like to order do you have mobile order. You have to say more than that. ????♀️. As you see in the picture of the receipt we ordered 3 spicy and 3 regular didn’t get that. They didn’t give us our 3rd drink so we had to ask for our other drink. The “Dr pepper” was supposed to be Coke Zero but they gave us Dr Pepper. ????♀️. There’s only one place that was as this bad and rude of service and that was 78 North Macarthur and the last was so rude.
Honey butter chicken biscuits never disappoint! The drive thru line is always wrapped around the building at 11pm so I would recommend using mobile order and going inside to pick it up. I ordered on my way and still had to wait 15 minutes inside.
Sat in the drive thru for 17 minutes before even being acknowledge after repeatedly saying hello into the speaker. Got stuck in that lane while someone pulled up to the other speaker and got helped right away. They helped three cars before we had to ask 5 cars behind us to back up so we could try pulling forward to trigger the speaker. Have now been in line for 28 minutes and have barely moved. This is the slowest drive thru I’ve been in in my entire life. No one’s been asked to pull up so orders can continue flowing. What a horrible experience.
Whataburger is the perfect encapsulation of the Oklahoma culture. It’s really REALLY good but the concept of timeliness is absolutely lost on them. In terms of “fast” food, the fast part is lost on them. But damnit it’s so good you almost don’t mind.
Food was incorrect, ordered a double cheeseburger with no picked, lettuce and no tomato. They somehow managed to take the cheese completely off the double cheeseburger meal??
They completely forgot about our order and we sat there for about 20 minutes before a customer behind us got fed up with it and pulled out of the line. Only then did they remember about us and came to give us our cold food. The least they could do was give us warm food while we could hear them acting like fools inside of the restuarant.
