I recently visited Whataburger and had a great experience with their food. Everything was delicious, with a menu offering fantastic variety and fresh ingredients. The service was fairly average, nothing extraordinary but efficient enough to get the job done. The atmosphere was quite pleasant, providing a comfortable and inviting space to enjoy a meal. Overall, Whataburger is a solid choice for a satisfying and enjoyable dining experience.
This place is usually fine, a little slow and they forget things at times but otherwise your typical fast food restaurant, but there is a guy working at night, (11/25/24 is the date today, don't know how long he's been working there but haven't seen him before, but don't order super often) his name is Isaiah, tried lying and said he didn't know his own name as well when I asked for it, said nothing other than lying about his name and said "Give me a minute" when I pulled up to the speaker, no biggie, gave him 5 or 6 minutes before saying "If it helps I ordered through the app about 15-20 minutes ago now." He said "You're just going to have to wait." Finally got pulled around after probably 10 minutes at the drive through window, only one other car was there and only one person inside, and waited on the car in front of us who barely got anything based on my observation of the bag he was handed, that took another ten or so minutes and 'Isiah' walked around with my drink open without a lid, don't know where he went with it but came back later to put a lid on it angrily and finally gave us our food. Mind you it was one jr burger, one chicken sandwich and one drink, that's all. But the customer service coming from him was absolutely awful and I have never waited that long when it wasn't busy at all. :( *This was through the drive thru.
Mrs.Shameka that does the drive-thru is absolutely the best. I love her personality. She is kind and has a great bubbly attitude. I love seeing you dear.
The onion ring lady.
It had been a while since ordering here, had two people that were craving chicken strips with gravy. Ordered the two chicken strip meals, medium drink, and two apple pies. Apparently it was all really good but I told them next time we go to Red lobster.
Very nice and clean restaurant. Friendly staff. Fantastic burgers, fries, union rings and shakes. Easy to get to. Just like all the other Whataburger's. Always stop at them.
I when to this location for Brunch at 11:30AM today. The staff was very very nice. I like my Hamburger vegetables on “the side”. Whoever was working in the back also did a fantastic job. The Jalapeños were hot. The service was fantastic. The outside and the inside were both very clean. An definite improvement since my last visit pre pandemic.l ended up making a Jalapeño Cheese Burger and brought the vegetables home. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to the cashier Ms Sherrill that took my order
Was traveling through Rusk and stopped for lunch. Without a doubt, the best tasting Whataburger I've had in years. Awesome job.
Staff member did not listen when I asked for a double patty( which I repeated twice) for the one burger. She did not read the order back. Everything else was ok.
