#5 - Whataburger With Bacon And Cheese - is quite simply the best burger on the planet. I enjoyed the one I had here. Love the HUGE drinks, and their fries are good too. They serve ketchup in little dippable tubs, which is WAY better than the old flat packets. As you can tell, I am a fan!
Slowest fast food restaurant. As seen on the pics, restaurant is not busy at all but it takes them over 20 mins to make a burger. Over 10 employees present but seems everyone is busy doing nothing but walk around and talk nonsense.
I went through the drive thru at 445am. The voice on the speaker was friendly enough but the girl at the window looked and acted like she would rather be doing anything other than working the drive thru window at 445am. She started to hand me my drinks and I noticed only 1 was a large when I ordered 2 large drinks. So I said, "I think they were both large weren't they?". She didn't say a word. She only shook her head side to side as if to say no. I apologized for the confusion and asked for 2 large drinks. She shut the window and never said a word. A few minutes later she brought my 2 LARGE drinks to me. 6 more minutes pass and my food was given to me. The girl thanked me and told me to have a good night.
I get home and my food was room temperature and my hash browns looked like they had been dropped in the grease one too many times. They were almost hollow they had been cooked too long. And my large coke was watered down and the sweet tea tasted sour. Absolutely nothing about this trip to Whataburger was pleasing. I spent $22.30 for overcooked hash browns, biscuits and gravy that were room temperature and watered down, sour drinks.
Took 45 minutes to get my order. All 5 meals were cold. Drove back because of missing beacon and jalapeños staff wanted to just add them to the cold burger. I told them I wasn't going to take the same burger after many employees handled it by opening the burger to confirm the missing items. I finally got a new meal just to get home with another burger without beacon, and jalapeños staff is really unprofessional. I just requested a refund an hour and 20 minutes had passed from the time of my first order
This is unacceptable to go have breakfast and they literally give you food that's extra greezy or burnt The hash browns are so hard. It's like they are a shell. There's nothing in the inside and they are so greezy. I have to wipe my hands on my clothing because they didn't give me any condiments or napkins
A very nice, big, clean, and awesome Whataburger location in Balch Springs. Stopped by for breakfast one day and the service was very attentive and friendly by their staff. Of course, the breakfast food is mouth watering as always at Whataburger!

I know this location isn't the fastest, but someone shouldn't be waiting about 45 min to get their food. I thought ordering the food through the app would've been quicker, but I guess not. Like I had to go inside and ask if my food was ready. Now, if the food was hot, then I really wouldn't be complaining. But judging from how cold the food was, the food was sitting there for a good minute.
Every time I come here the staff is trash. Order is always messed up. Talking like they're at home talking to there friends. Rude and none professional. N word being slung around cussing like a sailor. I recommend the staff be replaced/put throw training videos on how to act.
