Update: sadly they have started getting our order wrong again when going through the drive through, be aware.
This location was closed for complete renovation and has reopened. Firstly. They got our order right and it did not take an hour! Big improvement from before. Several of the employees were very nice. And I over heard one employee encouraging the staff. The burgers were prepared well and tasted good. Fries could have beed cooked longer.
The wait was crazy but that is normal for Whataburger. But our fires won't cooked all the way and didn't give a lot burgers was cold. Had to put in microwave to reheat and I just live down the street smh not happy and nobody has nothing to say just attitude
Customer service could be better. Young lady on the fries was very rude. I asked her could she make fresh onion rings because she tried to give me some that had been sitting there for about 15-20 minutes. She through my bag under the counter and aggressively put some in the grease.
I'm extremely disgusted. The egg in my sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit is moldy. I had almost finished the sandwich before noticing.
Really love my new place every since I stepped foot on the property the girls are very helpful and they always call me back if they do miss my call with in 15mins 10 /10 recommend nice and quiet and most importantly next door to cava and some other food places and they have trail walks across the street Jordan & Tiara are my day one A1 ???????????? find them immediately when you go to the office if interested in moving here they take care of me my little family very well
Im not complaining about 1 messed up order, I'm complaining about a few messed up orders!!! Please get it together. This used to be the best location in Fort Worth when Lisa was the GM but now it feels like the worst location. They messed up my order on my birthday as well and I was so disappointed! ???? * no meat on my breakfast burger and y’all still wrapped it up and handed it out the window smh!
I ordered from uber eats. My driver had to text me because what was supposed to be 10 minute order took over 25 minutes. Had cold fries and burger. Texas toast not even toasted. This staff SUCKS! They don't care when they screw up! Pathetic!!!
Don’t go this Whataburger it has the worst service in Fort Worth. They are always out of spicy ketchup. Poorly managed, and all them are not capable of doing their job. It took 30 Minutes to get food from time of order. The burgers barely had any toppings and the Pattie’s were overcooked. The French fries were under seasoned and slightly undercooked. I saw two cars leave the line after ordering. My order was for curbside had to go inside after waiting 15 minutes after the arrival time. The Manager treated me after waiting 3 minutes and asked me if I had been helped. After I told her no she walked away. The Manager seemed to be telling everyone what to do instead of teaching them how to do their jobs. Other employees are just standing around doing nothing to help out.
