I’m shocked to rate a highly rated place so low. The reason is that I never had pancakes with mustard on them before, so thank you for that nasty taste this morning, seems to me they tried to hide it. Thats right mustard.
Came by for a quick breakfast- the food was fresh and well prepared. We don't come to this Whataburger often as we know it has a long wait. Today it was about 10 minutes, but I came during a slow time. I love the Whataburger blue Powerade. Try the sausage breakfast bowl with picante sauce- it's the best thing on their breakfast menu!
Don't bother. The floor and tables were filthy, I had to clean before I could sit down. I'm just tired of all these Whataburger locations have gone to sh_t. Who said it was okay for you to let slightly warm french fries go to the customer? That should NEVER happen! The patty melt and double patty cheeseburger were simply just thrown together, not even aligned remotely straight. I requested extra pickles, got three total on the burger. Had to request ketchup and spicy ketchup cause it was not available, same with the napkins. I do NOT RECOMMEND Whataburger. They have let their former high quality standards drop to new lows.
They have 2 drive thru lanes. I was on the one on the right. It did not move at all, but the one on the left was continuously moving. I was stuck in line and waited a total of 54min to get my food Turned out the reason why my line didnt move was because that lane requires them to walk out and bring the food to us. Lazy lazy lazy. Remove that lane all together if you're too lazy to walk out and do your jobs. Making people wait an hr in that lane is just ridiculous. And they left out my gravy and ketchup. Now I have to eat my chicken fingers and fries dry. All around terrible experience at this location
This was an alright place to stop while traveling. The fries weren't very warm or crispy but the burger was good. Overall it was fair but nothing to brag about. It's nothing I would recommend but I wouldn't tell anyone to avoid it either
What a HUGE disappointment. Been a few years since we have had a Whataburger. The burgers tasted old and were not put together the normal way. Lettuce & Onions were scarce. The order was messed up and things were missing. I understand being busy and all but attention to detail. We will not be back to this particular one.
Took our meal home. Good! Fresh! I dolled up their brownie at home! So glad yall are open and have a brand new building!????????????????????
My food was horrible. You would think after being the only car at 1 in the morning and having to wait for my food that it would've been fresh. Wrong. My food was old and hard. I paid for added ingredients that I didn't receive. I threw my food away and didn't even eat. Horrible horrible won't be back.
