As a regular traveler to Texas I always make a point to make my pilgrimage to Whataburger every time. This particular location seemed like it was closed upon approaching the building on foot. I walked in to an empty restaurant and an extremely welcoming, friendly staff.
I ordered a Patty Melt and they were nice enough to bring it to my table. The burger was perfectly prepared. This marked the first time I can remember in which I finished every crumb of a meal. This location, while not the busiest, is absolute perfection. Awesome staff and service. Very different from the treatment at fast food restaurants in NYC to which I’ve become accustomed to.
Went inside which I usually go thru drive thru been in here for 10 minutes waiting and yet no one has come to the regret look at me and don’t even acknowledge that I am even standing here not even a high not even I’ll be with you in a moment so the lady that is running your show at night should not be I come here frequently and she is usually that way but I pass it off cause it’s night shift but today really got me and when I tell her what is wrong she proceeds to ignore me again and get the guys order behind me go back to the back and then come get my order and these is what I get really and when I bring back to tell them that’s nasty and says girl
Went there today and ordered 2 chicken sandwhiches with everything. All i got was chicken on bread. I will never go to this place again ever. I called up there and the manager acted like they didnt care. The girl working the drive thru acted like she didnt know anything. Very dissapointed and i will demand a full refund.
I usually don't use the drive thru but I did today and it went really smooth. The lady who took my order was very polite and so was the guy who brought out my order. Food was hot and exactly what I ordered :)
Been here a few times now because whataburger is one of my favorite fast foods. I have left the line before because it was taking 20+minutes to get to the first window. Now sitting in line for 20+minutes waiting for fries. . I will go to another location from now on
The last couple of times I've been here there was an issue so why would this time be any different. First I had to wait a good 10 or more mins. I ordered a #1 asked for no mustard & just mayo. They gave me both. Luckily I'm not allergic to mustard but I still don't like it. Then I asked for tomatoes on my grilled cheese & didn't get that either. Then I ordered a gravy & also didn't receive that but they sure did charge me for it. The food is barely warm & the fries taste stale. I will no longer be going to this location because they just came seem to get their stuff together.
I really want this place to be good but for some odd reason the wait has been crazy lately and they have messed up the simplest of orders. For example my go to is the sweet and spicy bacon burger add pickles. I ordered 2 yesterday and they had one pickle and maybe a teaspoon of onions no sauce and no bacon. Freaking ridiculous
I had a reward for chicken sandwich with barbeque sauce and cheese. Sauce was plopped on in the center and not spread evenly on the bun. It was good except for the plop of BBQ sauce.
