Brenda provided exceptional customer service during my visit to Whataburger. From the moment I stepped in, her warm and friendly demeanor stood out. She greeted me with a genuine smile and was incredibly patient while taking my order, ensuring every detail was correct. Brenda went above and beyond by offering helpful suggestions and making sure I was satisfied with my meal. Even during a busy rush, she remained calm, attentive, and efficient. Her professionalism and positive attitude made my experience truly enjoyable. Whataburger is lucky to have such a dedicated and hardworking team member!

Don’t go to this Whataburger. I waited 10 min for old fries. All I ordered was a large fry and a medium fry and the 4 people that ordered after me all got their meals before me. When I ordered at the counter I could see about 10 boxes of fries already sitting on the rack so I expected they probably wouldn’t be fresh but I was hungry so I ordered anyways. They weren’t just cold, they were chewy???? at least they had plenty of spicy ketchup ????gonna go throw up now
I’m gonna give 4 stars for atmosphere because they were playing fireflies by owl city????

I go to Whataburger faithfully. Recently moved to Spring for work. The two times I have gone to this location 2920 and Spring Cypress they did not give me my complete order. The first time they forgot the extra toast that I paid for. It wasn’t about the toast but the girl that served me had attitude. Told the manager about it. I go last night I ordered the #13 extra toast extra piece of chicken and extra gravy. Looks fine. I get home to eat and of course the 4th piece of chicken is not in there. Not once but twice something is missing. I may not go back. Yall need to do better. You’re stealing from people when you do this.
This is the closest Whataburger to me and every time I stop here I regret just not driving further. The food is fine, but the order is always wrong! I have wasted sooooo much money here just passing it makes me want to vomit. this time they forgot all the fries to my meals, last time one of my burgers was missing, and time before that they gave me the wrong meal even though I paid for the correct order. Heck even when they give me the wrong food I still feel lucky cause usually they just forget everything atleast there is food.
Went to drive thru straight from ER. Asked the window guy to hand me my soda so I could put it into cup holder. He said it was already in a cup holder, in the bag....
Told him to please hand me the cup, but I'd take their cup holder to transport when I got home. He felt argumentative & insisted it'd be just fine & I was adamant it'd spill because my front passenger seat was already full & bag wouldn't be sitting flat and level. Finally tired of him arguing, just took the bag from him & put it as flat as possible...
I hadn't eaten at Whataburger in a long time, but after the storm left us without power for a week, we couldn't resist. Dining in was definitely a better experience compared to taking it home—the food just tasted fresher and more delicious. We'll definitely be eating there more often now.
