I ordered a curbside order 11/18/24 and was told food would be ready around 1:42pm I arrived at 1:40pm and had to get out of my vehicle to go grab my food for a CURBSIDE ORDER at 1:54pm when arriving home I found I didn’t revive my apple pies and didn’t revive my extra patty I paid for it was a free burger and I was adding another patty thanks for cheating me out of 6.28
I don’t know what’s going on with this place or the employees but I really hope that they get it together. I love Whataburger and this is the second time and the second restaurant that I’ve been to that they got my order wrong while I still had to wait for my food they also brought me a large when I asked for a medium and didn’t even give me a receipt. I’m not mad about the drink but it’s very unprofessional. I’m not sure what’s going on, but I’m really sad about this, like I love Whataburger and the experiences that I’ve been having lately are making me feel it’s not necessary to here eat anymore :( I don’t even want to give them a full star it’s about a quarter of a star right now, very disappointed in this establishment, it’s really making Whataburger look bad :((
This location has been here for awhile and they have always been good. It’s nice to see they are updating their service by having employees walk food out in the drive thru so there’s no line. The burgers are always huge too, worth the money spent.
Great food, great service, they were busy today but they managed to get the food out in under than 5 minutes. I just wish the tables were a bit further apart from each other.
We're from out of town and don't have a Whataburger so I was excited to try it. The food definitely didn't disappoint. The service was prompt despite there being a huge rush. My burger was amazing and so were the fries and the Dr pepper shake is a must try!
Got off work and went to get a cheeseburger and it was made perfect a lot of the times I get it messy , who ever made this cheeseburger it’s tight and put together thankyou guys ! And keep up the good working morning shift 5:15 am .
We stopped by on our way through Phoenix around 10pm. It was fairly busy for the time of day but our meals came out quick! Everything was hot and delicious. The customer service was superb!!
This location is the best! They're always on point! You don't have to wait long. I'm always happy with my order and the staff is super friendly!
