Nice place, it is just a burger though.
I had low expectations because it’s another fast food burger place. When I went inside, staff were friendly and talkative. Ordered a burger and sat to wait. Location was clean and well kept. Food came pretty quickly. It was a good burger.
Next visit was in a rush, so I did the drive through. Staff again was friendly and chatted a bit while food was being prepared. I think it came pretty quick but I was distracted by the pleasant conversation. Unfortunately I didn’t catch their name.
Food met expectations. Fresh tomato and good distribution of sauces. Burger size is larger than typical fast food so it seems like you are getting more value.
I would recommend and go back.
In today's world of poor service and food quality with fast food places. This Whataburger has restored my faith that it doesn't have to be this way. Great service from the entire staff and the burger is the best out there.
I’ve had no issue before but today I’m again waiting 40 minutes for a curbside pickup due to your food being left off to the side. If didn’t go in I probably would’ve been there forever. And when I arrive to work there’s no utensils and the food was cold.
Seemed a bit “blahh “ on Saturdays visit. We always look forward to Whatabuger when we come to the area, coming from a small Colorado city. Ordered extra green chilies for my green chili double cheeseburger, because seems like there’s never enough. Bun a bit dry… I used extra mustard and green chilies and ketchup to moisten it up….the staff was nice and pleasant, store was clean. My wife’s double Whataburger w/ cheese was satisfactory.
Horrible place to eat. Save your money! Ordered a number 2 with mayo and onion rings. After waiting 35 minutes in line I finally am next to get my order. Only to find out that they gave my order to someone else. I had to wait even longer to get the order remade and then it comes out wrong. I wait another 10 minutes for my onion rings and they never come. So I went inside and asked for a manager was told I got my food so I should be happy. I asked for a refund and the manager asked for the food back. Everytime I go here it’s horrible. I’ll be calling corporate to inform them this is how they do business as I was informed by the manager. Pathetic. She should be fired!
This is what we got on a $70 order. The shakes were nothing but syrup, one drink was all carbon, we asked for diet and none of them were diet and they came not even full. The fries had been sitting there for hours. The burgers were completely wrong. We call that night to take it back and the manager refused to answer, we went that following morning and that manager refused to do anything. Today we call the general manager and all she said was I apologize and want to give us a free meal. The shakes themselves would cost as much as a meal. I could understand if we didn’t spend a lot on the food but $70 and half my family didn’t even get to eat that night. We asked for a refund and also got denied.
I'm a big Whataburger fan but something happened over the past couple of years. They're not as good as they used to be. The meat patty is dry and the buns are dry too. Overall burger was somewhat bland.
On the positive side, the people that work there are really great.
