Just like any other Whataburger, excellent food, good service, menu for everyone, prices a little lower than others… patty melt simply the best. Totally recommended, without a doubt quality assured.
The cashier in training was very polite but I got the new bacon blazer and it was overfilled with the sauce so I told them to remake it. So I asked them for a new burger and the trainee was very polite about it. But once I sat back down I overheard the manager from 9:20 AM in November 15 talk very rudely to his trainee just bc the trainee helped us out.
Whataburger is absolutely horrible now. Idk what happened to the quality. Last time I get it since I found what I’m pretty sure is a piece of a bug in my coffee almost swallowed it looks darker in person than in the picture. Absolutely disgusting. And on top of that I’ve gotten sick from their food 3 times within the past few months and they don’t even cook their bacon properly it’s basically raw most of the time.
This burger joint is fire! More meat than bun. Puts other fast food joints to shame. I recommend the sweet and spicy bacon burger.
The food is okay, the fries are fresh, the soda is refill so you can go cray cray, the prices are regular.
The staff is friendly and they speak more than one language
Staff always great and no idea how they do it but food is always hot..this last point does not happen at many fast food places
I paid 30 dollars for 2 burger combos and got charged an extra 3$ for cheese, food was mediocre at best and I feel robbed of my money, not to mention the people behind the window were all laughing before giving me my food. Whatajoke.
Cashier guy was stereotyping me and assuming I was poor 3 times VERY RUDE. Need some ETIQUETTES. He apologized for 1 encounter but the others.
I come to Whataburger frequently and to be under appreciated not a good feeling.
