Come here if you like raw burgers and food poisoning! Oh and long wait times , which is weird because if we’re waiting a long time then why is the food still raw when we receive it?
It’s become the norm to get your effin cup drizzled with soda on the outside up the cup it’s ridiculous I would even go as far as to say that this is how employees are being trained on how to fill customers cups on very busy days the problem is I bought this meal at almost 4 in the morning when there were no customers in sight it’s ridiculous!!
I ordered a bacon cheese burger with no mustard. And I received a burger with mustard, which is not unusual for this Whataburger. Their quality control is practically nonexistent. I always find at least one thing wrong with my food and no matter how many reviews people leave, it doesn’t stop.
I'm getting tired of brand name restaurants having low quality food! You would think that being a small town they would provide the customers with quality service & food! whataburger used to stand for something. I only gave it a star cuz it's the lowest
Everytime I stop here to get breakfast. It takes 15-25 mins just to get a combo at the drive thru. They need to do something about this. It’s not the first time it happens. They never put condiments or utensils. Even after they ask at the intercom.
Went by today for a curbside order. Checked in and literally waited 40 min to get my food. I called and spoke with the manager and he said it was on its way out. Called again after 10 min and said the same thing no one ever came and he didn’t care to bring it himself, had to get off for it all to find out the whole time it was ready on the counter. Food was all cold. Anytime I go there is an issue with my order and the wait time is ridiculous. do better.
One of the best i have ever been to. Huge parking lot accessed from the side streets. Handicap accessible building and restrooms. Great service. New building. Clean, bright dining room. Immaculate kitchen. Open 24 hours. Food is fast and hot even when they are busy.
Went through drive through and had a very large order. Everything was as we ordered it. It is so much better than in the past. Maybe new manager. But everyone is so nice and friendly.
