This is the worst run Whataburger I have ever come across. The orders come out wrong 50% of the time. It once took over an hour to get 2 Whataburgers. It then took over 2 weeks of talking to people to get a refund.. This Whataburger is more like Whatajoke. Clearly the training and management here is lacking.
After waiting in line at the counter almost 10 minutes to order breakfast, it turned to 11:02 and they told me they stopped breakfast. If their counter service was efficient, I wouldn't have had to wait so long for the cashier slowly handle customers.
Curbside here has been an unpleasant experience each time I’ve ordered here. I live less than 10 minutes away from this location, and despite the order saying it will only take less than 10 minutes to prepare, it is never ready when you arrive. Each time, I’ve had to wait 15 minutes or more for someone to bring food out. They also frequently get the order wrong. I expect better from a “Woodlands” location. The location on Sawdust has this one beat. I will no longer frequent the this location even though it’s so close to me. Disappointing.
This is a great Whataburger! We’ve had a good experience every time. This latest visit we had a super complicated order and they got it right! The creamy pepper sauce is legit awesome. The spicy chicken sandwich is good and is actually a little spicy, it catches up with you. Know that you can add several toppings for free like lettuce and tomato and Mayo, etc. I would recommend the Patty Melt. So good.
*always* check your bag at this location. more often than not, they forget something, especially dessert items. really inconsistent about giving you all the items you paid for. 7 times out of 10 you will have to request for what you paid for. not to mention i spend at least 15 minutes in this drive thru every time i come here.
i typically don’t write reviews, but what is happening at this whataburger is ridiculous. i came in the other day with some friends to dine in, when i see this kid who works there in a blue shirt (im assuming in some sort of leadership position) being extremely rude and blatantly disrespectful to the other team members. i just find it extremely unprofessional that this kid is allowed to run his mouth to his fellow coworkers in front of customers. i understand having to coach team members but cmon… there was even a manager nearby and didn’t do or say a thing. truly questioning the people who are in charge here…
Whataburger used to be great quality but at this location it's been forgotten. Everything I order just a plain and dry burger the patties resemble microwaved pieces of meat. There isn't any char to the patty and the bun just isn't toasted only warmed off of the microwaved patties. Would not recommend to any late night workers looking for some late night food.
I pulled up in the drive thru at 11:30pm and I got greeted by this man named Larry. He was so upbeat and he had the greatest and most positive attitude. He was literally the kindest man I have ever encountered in a whataburger drive-thru. I also ordered a Dr Pepper, but they were out and they were changing it out. After they changed the Dr Pepper he wanted me to taste it to make sure it was good before I drove off. I really appreciate that experience especially it was almost at midnight. Give that man a raise!!!!!
