Great customer service tonight. We had an issue with our order and they offered us a free dessert. When we got home we realized they gave us 2. It's the little things ????
After an incredibly long wait to order food from the drive thru, we get home 10 minutes later and one of the burgers was completely inedible. The bun looked to be a month old (hard & dry) and the burger was cold to the touch. It looked like it sat for at least a few days. I didn’t eat that burger because I didn’t want to risk getting sick. We spent $18 for 3 items: a double Whataburger with cheese, a Whatabuger Jr with cheese and a large order of fries. What a waste of time and money. You had ONE job Whataburger and you failed miserably.
Okay, now this is one hamburger I adore, but my god old brown wilted lettuce? On my whatabuger I eat every blue moon?
Their service is the best. They make the good quickly and the sides are always fresh. Even if I get take out they still bring the food to my table. The food is always fresh and delicious. They always make sure that the order is right. And I love that they are open 247
Underwhelming…Food overall was okay. Fries were crispy. Bun to burger ratio was way off. Too much bread and the burger was dry. Only condiment on the burger was mustard. Wish it had mayo and ketchup or something to add more flavor.
Arrived here for an early dinner.
The establishment appears to be clean and well maintained.
We ordered crispy onion rings to accompany one of our meals.
When the food arrived, both orders had French fries. A review of the receipt indicated the error occurred with the cashier.
When we attempted to discuss this with the young man who delivered the food to the table, advising of the discrepancy, he said "oh", and naturally never appeared again. After several minetes passed, it became painfully obvious that without further intervention, we kinda guessed that the replacement onion rings weren't coming. His mishandling of the incident is simply beyond embarrassing.
I fully understand that errors do occur, but the brain dead waste of space that delivered our food was beyond lame in the mishandling of this misstep. How errors are handled outweighs the error itself.
We were then forced to address the matter with the cashier who immediately recognized the problem, immediately rectified the problem and promptly apologized for the problem.
The two employees are in stark contrast to problem solving skills.
While l have zero appreciation for the young man who was obviously taxed well beyond his abilities just to deliver food to the table, the prompt and professional addressing of the matter by the cashier was highly appreciated.
While the young man struggled to give us lame lip service, the cashier lady exhibited true customer service.
I truly didn't feel very valued by the staff based on the mishandling of the onion rings. It's highly unacceptable to mistreat paying patrons in this matter. It's truly embarrassing.
This establishment exhibits room for vast improvement, this is no longer an establishment that l would recommend visiting.
Been going here consistently for the last year, but the last two weeks or so has been subpar, waiting 10 minutes for a burger, and then not having any biscuits ready during breakfast, then I wanted to try the BLT. It was so thin the bread slices could touch each other. Not sure what's going on.
I don't visit this location often, but when I do, it never fails. Even on a busy day, I don't have to wait for long. Food is always fresh and hot, and drinks are cold. Even with two lanes, they do a great job here.
*7/4/24 Just stopped in for a quick breakfast before a road trip. Great service, food quality, and cleanliness again. 5 stars!*
