I ordered a Chocolate Malt, but I got a Chocolate Shake. I Really wanted a Malt, but was served a shake without the malt. Otherwise we always love Whataburger but they should tell me if they don't give me one. The girl at the window said here is your shake. I said we ordered a malt. She replied your malt. i said we ordered a malt.
They could have fixed it right then, but didn't.
Food was very stale and disgusting the food was near cold not even room temperature. The girl at the window handed me my food NOT EVEN BAGGED no napkins or anything and was extremely bothered that I needed a bag for my food I’ve never been handed my combo with nothing to carry it in McDonald’s in GREENSPOINT has better service than this location. (Photo showing exactly how the cashier expected me to leave with my order) then didn’t even have enough coins to give me my correct change back when I paid cash.
Love whataburger but hate that every time me and my husband go they never give full fries always get half the box and I’m paying for 3 of them and all of those 3 not one is full like come on do better it’s not that hard!
I'm not sure how they manage to get wrong basic orders from the menu with no modifications, but they do. I have tried going back at different times but all the employees have attitude and will not fix if something was wrong with the order. There is another whataburger at the next exit, go there instead.
Waited in line over twenty minutes. Five cars drove past as we watched two girls in traffic vests with our bag of food chit chat with each other by the drive thru door. 12.12.24
Yeah delivery not the best. HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND The food is always cold or wrong they fr need to do better! You have the order on the screen how can it still be messed up! Order it at 2:22 say will be delivered between 2:35-2:45 I understand thing happened but just got a notification at 3:08 that the delivery was in progress AND ITS NOT THE FIRST TIME!
Employees are always kind and the service is quick. I will always come here for a milkshake after my doctor's appointment and it never disappoints. Neither does the honey butter chicken Biscuit.
Good service they're always paying attention to your order so they get it right very rarely do I ever have problems with them in my order compared to other places of the same friendly kind good atmosphere
