Had breakfast there this morning. The staff was excellent and attentive. The manager on duty was exceptional. Very friendly and the food was hot and fresh. Everyone there acted like they liked their job. I was pleasantly surprised, The cinnamon roll was warm fresh and soft. Thank you to staff who made my breakfast enjoyable!
This Whataburger used to have horrible service. The people didn't care about the quality or appearance of the food. Mostly young adults. I went in and saw a new manager. She was AMAZING! For the first time in a long time, the food was actually good and hot! I went in and this t young black woman is doing her thing! She turned things around, looks like she has a good crew who actually CARES what they serve! It's nice to see that in fast food for once. I'm a chef so I just want to say kudos to her for keeping the place clean, working well with her team and being extremely attentive to other customers! Whataburger NEEDS to promote her even higher. Excellent service!
The fries were wet and soggy, devoid of salt, and horrible. My drink had no syrup and only seltzer, worst soft drink of my life.
I think I'd rather choke on a $50 bill than spend it over here trying to get some decent food. Horrible.
Sept. 2024: First visit to a Whataburger and loved it! Great service from Sam, quick service, hot and fresh food, modifications were correct.
Absolutely thee worst! 2 nights in a row I ask for cheese and they put no cheese on my food!!!!! Then when I get to the window I asked the guy is there cheese he says yes!!! I get home after working 10 hours and I go to look at my food and little behold no cheese!! And all the manager says oh we can remake it but I’ll have to charge you!!!????????????????????????????
They closed the dine in area due to everyone doing an interview, 6 tables. Me and my friend ate our food outside. The food was excellent, I love my Whataburger, I’m from Texas, but the experience definitely sucked. Probably won’t go back to this location while I’m here.
I seriously am starting to feel this Whataburger has it out for me. Every time I go they don't have what I ordered online and/or my food is NEVER the way I ordered it. Last night was the last straw! It was nasty. A simple whatachicken sandwich. It was flattened, cold, and lettuce was rotten, also barely any French fries which were cold and soggy on top of it. This is how it came out of the bag.

The order took way too long to get out to us despite the amount of staff, we called while in the drive through since no one was at the window in order to tell them that they forgot some of our food. After we got our food we realized we were missing half of it, after confronting them about it they gave us attitude about the food still being prepared despite the order being placed 35 minutes prior. We only had one person in front of us and it took them a long time to get our food.
