Best WLM Reviews
I have been to this Whataburger several times. The food is always hot and fresh and made to order. The dining area is clean and spotless. The staff are always friendly and courtesy. There is very little wait time.
Service is a little slow at times , whataburger never fails, when consistency is present , patty melts are one of my favorite items to order.
Yep - it's painfully slow - like literally more than 25 minutes in the drive through. The food is decent. But Mario was the highlight! He had such a great attitude. I felt a bit down before I got here but he really made me happy just watching him do his job.
Exceptional Service at Whataburger!
I recently had the pleasure of visiting Whataburger, and I was incredibly impressed by the exceptional service provided by one of your employees, [Mario]. From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel genuinely welcomed.
[Mario] went above and beyond to ensure my experience was perfect. They were attentive, friendly, and demonstrated a deep knowledge of the menu, offering helpful suggestions that made my meal choice even better. My order was prepared quickly and exactly as requested, and [Mario] made sure to check in on me to ensure everything was to my satisfaction.
It's rare to encounter someone who is so dedicated to providing excellent customer service, and [Mario] truly stands out. Their positive attitude and professionalism turned what could have been an ordinary visit into a memorable experience.
Thank you, [Mario], for making my visit to Whataburger so enjoyable! I'll definitely be returning thanks to the outstanding service you provided.
We went after a graduation event and everyone was in line! But we got through it! Really impressed with how the crew moved us all through the drive thru!! Thanks - Loved my Whataburger!
It's on the way home from a 10 hour shift late night job, so its good they're open. I hate to bother people that work overnight, but sometimes its the only way to get a bite to eat. It's standard fare burger and fries so its all generally fine, but not mind-blowing or anything. They always get my order right though.
I only minus one star because for some strange reason, twice now, they put a lettuce heart inside my burger. That part of the lettuce head is unusable for food prep, so why? It's like biting into a tough stick of celery. Please don't use that in the toppings.
This location has gone straight downhill and stayed there ever since creating a second drive thru lane, which was years ago. Painfully slow wait every single time. Went there tonight (10-29-24) and at least they got the order correct but I will not be returning here ever again at this point.
Very nice service! My phone died while I was on the way home so I stopped here and a nice lady named May let me sit and charge my phone and she even gave me something to drink! Thank you for making me feel safe !
