I just came here and decided to come inside since the line for the drive through was so long. I originally just wanted a sweet tea but then decided I wanted onion rings too. I had to wait almost 10 minutes before someone decided to come take my order and it ended up being a girl that's also working in the back. The girl who's in the lobby bagging cup holders seen me and ignored me like it wasn't her job and she didn't feel like finding anyone to assist me. I got my cup and filled it with tea. It said the tea was made 2 hours ago which is great but it didn't have hardly any sugar in it and tasted as if they maybe mixed it with the old tea instead of replacing it with fresh tea. They had no sugar in the containers either. Only sweet n low which i dont want. It took literally 20 more minutes to get just my order of onion rings but they're definitely hot and fresh.
I was the only person in the drive thru yet I was still served hard, old Hashbrowns. I tried to call to have them Remake my order, I got no answer which is why I’m leaving a review. This isn’t the first time this has happened Houston is too big to be going back to a fast food restaurant for him for them to Serve you proper food. Wasted my time, my appetite and I’m going to be late for work because I refuse to let them get over with serving me this disgusting food. How is it 8 o’clock in the morning and you guys food isn’t fresh. You serve me fresh sandwich with old hashbrowns, make it make sense
Ordered a salad there was no fork on the bag how am I supposed to eat this? I ordered a CARAMEL ice coffee the coffee was basically black no caramel taste I stirred still no flavor I just tasted it I drink a lot of coffee so I know the difference ask for exchange since I just got it the cup still all the way full, they gave me syrup in a cup I'm traveling and don't have time to prepared my own ice coffee.

Drove up to drive thru during lunch (1:30pm) but a man was there with a menu clipboard to take my order, payment and assigned me a new lane to wait behind to expedite things. My usual, grilled chicken, was ready under 5 minutes later. Same gentleman delivered the order to my car with a smile.
Sandwich tasted good- nice thick juicy chicken "fillet", 2 tomato slices, large lettuce leaf, lathered in spicy ketchup. Whataburger does it right!
Food is amazing but the coffee taste like mudddy water
Very disappointed went in to get some lunch order a #5 large and this is the fries i got. Like they gave me the last ones from yesterday or something. They should had at least told me to wait on some fresh ones instead of me getting home to see this. ????♂️I looked up to see if I could find the phone number to the place but of course they didn't have it online. Also didn't get a receipt with my order. If you go to that location make sure you check it before you leave. I should had checked it.
