Nice spot to meet and talk. Food was regular whataburger. Shakes weren't mixed very well but the kids liked them
Came to compare Whataburger to In-N-Out as both are highly rated by my friends and unavailable in my home Vancouver, Canada.
Unfortunately I bit down on something hard and broke off a piece of my molar. When I more gingerly tried to find the hard piece, besides a piece of my tooth, it turned out to be the bacon (#5 on the menu). This was almost as hard as my tooth and I have no idea why. Definitely looked like bacon.
Anyway, off to the dentist tomorrow & hopefully get fixed as I’m not back to Canada for 12 more days.
On the plus side, fries were good and staff is nice.
I was just at the local Whataburger in Fredericksburg. I ordered a burger that they have on special this month which I really did not care for. There is a man that works out in the dining area that brings you your food and check your orders. He noticed I was Scraping on my burger and removing some of the seasoning and he asked me if it was OK and I said no I just don’t like the flavor. He offered me another burger. I insisted to pay for it and he absolutely would not let me. Brought me out a new burger. Excellent customer service. Left the man a $20 tip. Ty Whataburger

The grease in the fry machine needs to be changed the taste was noticeable on my fries and chicken strips.
The new CEO and OWNERS of Texas original franchise have made changes that have impacted the flavor of multiple menu items because of this I try to avoid eating at any Whataburger Franchise!
We got the whataburger, the honey chicken strips sandwich and a dr pepper shake. The burger was ok but not with the price. The sandwich was messy, but that is about the only thing notable about it. The shake tastes like a chocolate shake with a drop of cherry in it . Go try in and out or McDonald's you will easily find someone better there
I love everything about Whataburger. The ice machine in dinning room was getting fixed so the gentleman went to drive thru and filled our cups. The manager who brought us our food, she was dressed really nice clean uniform, hair pulled back in a bun. Very sweet. Food was hot and fresh
Drive through about one car in front of me and I was next. My order was not even complete. What are your workers doing that could not get order right. Most of the time the French fries are cold. What happened to this Whataburger on medical it use to be thebest
The food is Whataburger, it's what you'd expect. The one star review comes from the store's seeming inability to get coffee orders right.
I ordered a coffee and I wanted a mocha, the receipt said mocha but there was no mocha. Or sugar. Previously, I ordered coffee with cream and when it came out black, I went in to ask them to fix it. The woman looked at me with a confused look and asked what I wanted to do.
What I wanted, Miss, is to get my order correct. Instead of fixing it, she walked off and handed me some cream and sugar. Don't buy the coffee. They'll only screw it up and overcharge you
