Really friendly, attentive, personable and quick service when I came into eat my breakfast order, placed online via the app, ahead of time. Love the free iced coffee special too going on in August. I saw the man behind the counter go out of his way to wait on other tables needing basic stuff like ketchup and I can tell he is a hard worker. That’s true customer service!
Came by this location last night after getting off work. I was looking forward to eating a little something. But what I ate, was a bit disappointing. I had the new blaze jalapeño double burger. I was looking forward to trying this burger since I love spicy food but it was luke warm when I took my first bite.
I was hungry so I had a few more bites (big mistake). I stopped eating not even half way because it just wasn't that good. A couple of hours later, I threw up. Something wasn't feeling right what so ever. I wasn't feeling good.
Even my son, who had a "Justaburger" didn't like it either. He's usually a big fan of the burger, pushed it away instantly, I felt the burger and it was also luke warm. The fries was cold as well.
Service was not that slow, we were there about 10 to 15 minutes. Unfortunately, I would not be returning to this location.
This location has been known for slow service, I have lived near this Whataburger for over 10 years and I can never remember being served quickly. Now I would understand if the location is super busy but when it's just three people in line what's the hold up? The food was ok, my meal has tasted better, and the fries was pretty old and cold. If there was a much closer Whataburger to me I would never go to this location. Overall 2.9 but I will round off to a 3 star service. Very dissapointed with this location, but I love Whataburger so I just deal.
We went there while visiting Great Wolf on 10/7/2024 around 730. The outside lights were out and it looked weird. The drive thru cashier was extremely rude to us. Some of the staff could be seen laughing and singing while we waited far too long. She handed us the drinks without the lids bring secured. Then the cashier left the window without ensuring we received our food. Someone else had to give us our order. It was an awful experience!
Wanted to shout out my local Whataburger for going above and beyond expectations. I placed an online order where I ordered an extra chicken strip for the normal 3 piece order. When I picked up my order, I realized i didnt receive the extra chicken strip. I circled back around the drive thru and told them about my minor issue. I thought they were going to make me the one chicken strip, but they made me the entire meal over again. I didnt require or ask for the full meal, but they went out of their way to make it right for me, and I really appreciate it. I frequent this store often and they are always on their game. Thank you for my dinner this evening.
The food is always tasty, and Benny is an amazing employee. Always very friendly, helpful, and courteous. It is a delight to see him when my daughter and I have lunch there.
They were busy today, but the food was worth the wait
I had the breakfast platter scrambled egg sausage with an extra sausage, patty biscuit and a side of white gravy Yum Yum.
This is a tiny Whataburger and as difficult as me and my family were our server took care of us. I love that I can go to just about any Whataburger and know I will be safe, well fed and treated with dignity. To the young gentleman who went and got apple slices for my sister's order thank you.
