Old fries cold and hard,even my dog wouldn't eat them... The hamburger bun was rock hard and the burger inside barely warm. This place has gone downhill the past few years. I think I'm done with Whataburger now. It's sad they used to be a favorite...
I went to take a bite out of my apple pie to only see that they fried my apple pie with the paper still on the back of it. It is absolutely disgusting!
We just went through the drive-through our fries were cold so had to go in and get fresh fries.
And of course, I see the manager doing all of it they take a little bit of fresh fries and put them on top of the old cold fries.
So that’s how it’s going down at the Whataburger on interstate 20 in Midland Texas right now don’t count on your fries being hot guys ????????
2 times out of all the other times that my family and I have come and we either are missing something with our food (for example cheese and we've paid for the extras) or we just don't get the food that we've PAID for. Then when we tell the employees that we're missing something, they say that that's how we ordered it even after we've shown them the receipt. 3/10 really don't recommend unless you're drunk and at that point no one really cares if you get the correct ingredients in your food or your food period. ????????????
30 minutes for a patty melt. Incredibly slow back of house staff. 3 other orders that came after me were served before I got my order. And I still had to wait to get the condiments I purchased. Piss poor operations.
11/15/24 8:45 AM. Looked in my bag & saw an apple pie, thought they had given me the wrong order at first but turns out they just threw one in there to be nice! Slight wait, not bad. Thanks!
Underwhelming. If you order in person prepare to wait as the drive thru rolls by and even customers ordering after you are served.
I don't post much but this is the third time I've waited in excess of 20 minutes watching food come in and order, not online pickup, and leave. The first time there was egg shell in a breakfast sandwich i ordered.
The place is clean, busy atmosphere, while the folks aren't rude, they're not welcoming either. More of a brisk, professional slightly chaotic atmosphere. Disappointing from this establishment
On the flip side, after waiting 25 minutes for 1 meal and 2 sandwiches, the food was great. And if your in a hurry, don't leave your car or order online. Those people flew thru
I went through the drive through. I ordered a breakfast Biscuit sandwich meal and cinnamon role with honey butter sauce. The employee at the window did a good job. She noticed whoever packed the bag missed the honey sauce.
