pulled up at around 3 am. no one answered the speaker when i pulled up, had to pull to the window and saw multiple people with headsets on. drove back around to the speaker and finally ordered. waited almost 30 minutes for my food which i understood cause it’s late and there was like two other cars there. came home, opened my food which was supposed to be a bacon and cheese whata burger that had no meat patty. and my grilled chicken sandwich that had the most disgusting meat patty i’ve ever seen literally scrapped it off someone else’s burger and gave it to me. called the store and the manager shaton was very nice and apologetic, but god worst experience ever absolutely inedible food
Fast service, good bacon and egg burrito with crispy hash brown sticks. Coffee was very good. Clean and tidy restaurant. Convenient to Lovelace medical.
I was waiting at the counter for 10min. The manager was supposedly putting biscuits into the oven with NO GLOVES. What else is he touching?? No one helped me so those two made me think twice, so I left. I won’t go back to this spot until someone from upper management or even the city do a proper check on this place. ????????
So slow, I had never been in such a slow drive through. I could take a 10 minute walk up and down the next door lane and come back to my husband who was sitting parked in the car. I even had time to take a second walk. I don't know if what the situation was but I do know the workers were doing their best. They served us our food with a smile.
I LOVED the White Chocolate Raspberry Shake.
Whataburger is, as expected, still greatness.
Now we have the luxury of having a painted mural near the ceiling of the atrium. Looking like the Albuquerque skies with hot air balloons.

Chicken Biscuit when you add bacon, egg and cheese is perfection.
Again we ordered a burger with green chili and again they forgot to put green chili as i ordered. Yes they are going to make it good but I wanted green chili now. They asked me if I wanted ketchup which I said 2 please and that not our bag. What is going on.
Don't go at night unless you bring a tent. You will be waiting for quite a while. Gone a few times and every time spent over 20 minutes or more in the drive through. Staff was pleasant. Don't know if just under staffed or what.
Good place to eat love their burgers! Fast service awesome staff! Always a good choice
