Don’t bother with trying to use curbside. I checked in on my phone after my order was supposed to be ready only to wait 15 minutes before deciding to just go inside. Cashier Dennis was kind and helpful, but the manager was rude. Asked me if I had more order taken, and when I gave her my last name (which was what I was asked for previously) she said rudely “I don’t have a Garcia, I have an Olivia G.” Not sure what the point of curbside is if they don’t pay attention to when someone checks in and then I have to go inside to deal with rude people anyways. Only bright spot was Dennis
This isn’t the first time we’ve had an issue at this location. First time I was told my online order had not been placed there and they had no order for me, but it was the correct place. The associate then started yelling from the door when my order was ready, saying who did I think he was? He wasn’t going to bring my food.
This second time, the manager, if you aren’t happy with your job find another one, was extremely rude when they couldn’t find my sisters online order.Not my fault you ask for a last name and your system displays only first names. Don’t ask for the last name and then get mad at the customer.
Went there Monday morning October 21 2024. I ordered online. I went inside to pick up my order at the time stated on the app. I was told they were waiting on my fries which I did not have a problem with because who doesn’t like fresh fries. When I got my order I went to work, which was one street over, to eat. Not only did I not get fresh fries but they were very stale. I only got a few fresh fries but a vast majority were stale. I was very disappointed. What was I waiting for them? Never going here again
They greet me by name! Best service ever. The food is always great and they give good portion sizes. Great value also.
I visited last night through the drive-thru, expecting a typical experience. Instead, I encountered the manager, Norma, who was quite rude. She lectured me on how to place my order, then asked me a question only to answer it herself with a dismissive "whatever." she had no need to complain about minor "issues"; I was polite throughout, hoping her attitude would improve. However, she continued to act like a moody teenager. she spent her time helping the customers in front of me. When it was finally my turn, she had another employee assist me while she retreated to the back, seemingly trying to avoid me. Is this really the kind of manager you have for night shifts? these are the same type of workers who sit and ponder on the reason why they can't find a job outside of fast food.

Food has gotten worse recently, which is unfortunate cause it was decent. I only gave it 3 starts instead of the 2 it deserves in hopes they fire the cook and it gets better.
This restaurant was busy. They over 10 cars lined up and customers inside the dinner. Got three orders. Everything was great. This food hit the spot! Great job :D keep up the good work.
Whenever I come through the drive thru, guy taking orders is amazingly rude. Jumps to conclusions on your OWN order and doesn’t even allow you to finish. He has terrible customer service skills and is just rude. Love this place because of how close it is to my house. Unfortunately I might have to stop coming here unless things change.
