Best WLM Reviews
This location needs attention from upper management. I ordered a grilled chicken salad and they asked me to pull forward and they’d bring it. I’m literally typing the review as I wait, it’s 15 minutes from the time I paid for my order and I’m still waiting. I guess they had to go to the farm to pick the salad and unalive chicken, clean it, butcher it & cook it. The purpose of them saying move forward is to keep their line time down so they won’t get in trouble from upper management. I encourage everyone to say no when they ask you to do that and make them get your order to you in good timing.
My first time at this location and my husband and I went inside to order 2 grilled cheese sandwiches, fries and 2 apple juices. The cashier handed us 2 small kid apple juice box drinks. We asked if they had "adult size" cups of apple juice and the lady said no that's all they have. On top of that, we waited 15 minutes for our order. They seem to be more focused on the drive thru than the dinning room.
I don't know why, but my experiences at this whataburger are always not the greatest, and my latest experience was the last straw. The food isn't bad, but the service isn't as good as other locations. Whenever I go to this one, there's bugs flying around. With my latest experience, I had to endure a very long wait to get the wrong order. When I hear stories from others about this place, it's not as bad and is usually great, but sadly, it's not the same for me. I don't have anything against y'all, but I want to see this location do better.
They make me pay for a combo but give me attitude because i got no fries with my order? They dont want to make fries at 5:26 am?and i come back for my fries and they only give me one medium size when i ordered 3 combos?.mainly the female working…
Food was good. Lots if food so come hungry. Service was great. The place could use a good scrubbing though.
Went through drive thru and fast service, employee was nice and food is always good for breakfast, lunch or dinner and the onion rings taste amazing. Gotta try it.
Everytime I come here I always order ahead and wait at least 10-20 mins to pickup because I know they take forever and somehow they still manage to make me wait another 20+ minutes almost everytime busy or not. AND they forgot my fries.. AGAIN! This is ridiculous how often this happens. I’m going to a different location from now on. Longer drive but might as well, it’ll take longer to get my food here.
This is the worst location in Arlington !!! I only come here because it’s so close to my house but I’d rather drive 10 mins away. Every time I come here it’s an issue from the long wait times in the drive thru to constantly messing up our order. This last time was my last time. The people here aren’t able to comprehend a simple order and then have the audacity to have an attitude with you for their mistakes. And the inside smells like a sewer. Everybody here needs to go back to training. Especially the Hispanic girl with the glasses. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
