The staff was friendly and attentive. The restaurant and restrooms were very clean! The burger was delicious. However, my fries tasted old and were hard. Our 2 shakes were flavorful, but very soupy--not thick at all.
This Whataburger is very consistent in both their food and service. Drive thru may seem like a long line, but they're very efficient in working both lines. They take your payment and bring out the drinks while you wait for your food. By time you get to the front, they hand you your food and you're on your way.
Food is always well-prepared and consistently made. Came back this week since they brought back the classic Chili Cheese Burger and fries.
Worst whataburger ever! I purposefully placed my online order to be ready 10 minutes prior to my arrival knowing they have always been a little slow. It was still a 15 minute wait after I told them I was there for a pickup. To add to the slow servcie, my food was not made how I ordered. I asked for extra lettuce and onions and got no onions and less lettuce than a regular order. Along with burnt pathetic onion rings. I've given this whataburger more than one chance after all my experiences with them should have had me do otherwise. Don't give this one your money. I'll be taking mine to the spring branch or stone oak stores regardless of the inconvenience.
Had a good experience! Went during lunch time during the week, cashier greeted me and said she'd be right with me. Manager stepped in to support her team and took my order to allow her team member to complete what she was doing. Facility was clean. Hostess, Sylvia, was friendly and personable talking with guests. There was a minor issue when I received my order and Sylvia went above and beyond to make it right.

This location knows how to treat its customers. I had ordered a #1 with bacon and cheese. When I got home, I discovered the bacon was missing so I called the restaurant and the on duty manager was very apologetic and told me to come the next day since I was already home. He had alerted the other manager on duty Arie and Arie handled the situation with diplomacy, kindness and again was apologetic. Even the young lady who brought out my food was kind and gracious. Everything was done to perfection and my fries were also hot. I appreciated the way I was treated and how the situation was rectified. I highly recommend this location over over Whataburger locations more nearer to me. This was an A+ experience
The more time I spend away from TX, the more I crave whataburger. I will usually order a couple of cheeseburgers and bring them back with me when flying home(not tx anymore).
I want to give a huge shout out to Sean that was working the delivery window. His customer service was fantastic. I had one of those rare instances when you leave your wallet at home I was $.32 short he made sure that I got my meal and put a smile on my face! Sean lives by the golden rule treat others how you want to be treated.
This is my favorite Whataburger. The crew here is top-notch. Friendly, as you could ask for. Now, they get busy around 1-2 AM, so don't be complaining if it takes a little longer. Everyone else has the same right as you do for an awesome experience. Monster and I are around there a lot. I'm the guy with the huge, friendly Pitbull that pulls a red wagon. Stop us and say hi to Monster. He's a regular there and will always accept any leftovers. :) Enjoy your visit.
