I came through the drive through and place one order with two combos.
1. Chicken strip sandwich combo
2. Boneless wings combo(buffalo)
I politely asked for both orders to be freshly made and I was told everything will be made fresh. Guess what I was pulled up to the white line waiting for fresh food...received the orders and only my fries were fresh so I went back around to the window and asked for the manager. I explained to the manager which is the very one that took my order, gave me bbq wings instead of buffalo, gave me chicken tenders on my sandwich that had already been sitting, and handed me my order knowingly it wasn't made fresh when she lied and said it will be made fresh. I was pulled up again for 20-30min at one point I thought I was forgot about. I received my order again and this time I received what they wanted to give me and lied like they dropped everything fresh. If the manager is giving off sorry energy trust and believe the employees follow the same sorry footsteps. Basically you lost out twice because in the end I just got a refund and let it be known I'm not arguing with nobody!
Came here for lunch on February 25th.
The food was good, but could have been a little better. There was very little sweet and spicy sauce or onions on the burger. They didn't add cheese to two of the burgers.
It took longer than expected to get our food.
Horrible customer service on multiple occasions. Last time I went there, it took over 25 minutes to prepare my order and there was no one in the line when I got there.
They have one young working at the window who should never interact with the public. I was asked to pull up to the 2nd window and he comes yelling that I need to pull up because I am holding up the line. What's holding up the line is that it takes you guys forever to fix an order and you lack common sense. Not to mention that is where I was asked to go.
Never again.
I am so disappointed point I came to the whataburger and I found a big roach with baby roaches on top of my food. I am so disappointed. The manager didn’t handle the situation properly
I am sad to post this review.. We love Whataburger but this place .took 29 min to make 4 tenders and a shake
Deserves this location was fantastic... Put the atmosphere wasn't all that. The soda machine was out of four varieties of soda, and the restaurants cleanliness was just average. All said and done still a great Whataburger
Great service, awesome menu, clean dinning area
Horrible service. Waited 20 minutes on the drive thru after paying and still had to go inside and ask for my food. Managers did nothing but say sorry. When i asked that something be done, they refunded my money and took away my food. Worst customer service ever.
Dont bother doing business with a fast food place that would rather throw the food away then take care of the customer
