Got to the speaker in the drive thru and was immediately told to hold on. The cashier waited until everyone in the line was gone before asking for my order. Then after I finished my order, she just said the total. She didn’t ask if I wanted sauces or anything. Very rude. She didn’t even ask if I wanted anything else. I wouldn’t recommend. When I go to different locations, I don’t have this issue.
Set here for over 30 min this am. The lady said after I set down only one person there can cook and only one skillet working. This was miserable. Do not ever come to this place ever ever ever.
First time at Whataburger. Ordered on the app, pulled in, food was out in about a minute. Fries were warm, a couple minutes past their prime. Burger was good, bun was a little stale though. Very similar hamburger to Sonic. Spicy ketchup was awesome. Would I go again? Probably. It was solid. The kid that brought it out was really friendly, so there's that.
While waiting in the drive through, Terrance was very helpful and kind to us. He made the wait worth it and we appreciate his service. He deserves a raise!
Not recommended for anyone that has less than an hour for lunch. I just ordered online ahead of time (11:18am) before arriving, took 30 minutes to get my food! That was after asking for a refund due to my 30 minute lunch times for work. I asked more than once about my order beforehand. After that, food is cold, then drinks and ice are out. In all, 32 minutes for fast food and was ahead of rush hour. Definitely nothing fast about it.
Cashier took my order wrong and was rude when i tried to tell her. The shakes were still light they were chocolate and tasted vanilla and it's like this everytime

First time here. Food tasted great and was too much to eat at one setting. Bbq ribs, boiled cabbage, collard greens, and mashed potatoes.
