Got my order wrong two times. Had to go inside to finally receive the correct food. Ordered chicken on a salad. Chicken was very dry & lacked flavor. Soda was flat. Fries were cold. A thanksgiving to remember for all the wrong reasons.!
During the day this one is great. Night crew smelled like they were high, you can smell it from the take out window. Our shakes had too much syrup, they forgot the fries and best part the burger was cold.
This place use to be my favorite spot. But lately it's been very disappointing. The drive through is slow, my food was cold and the vegetables and sauce on my burger was in the wrapper instead of on the burger. The tomatoes was not fresh.
I go to this location more than I do any other.
I recently went through there just after noon
and ordered my usual.
(Not thinking that breakfast had been over for an hour)
These people bent over backwards to give me the meal that I ordered.

I have been dining at this location for several years and normally have good food and service here. However, the past two Sundays have not been. On each occasion my burgers have been overcooked and overly chewy. Apparently the evening manager is not on top of things as things have slid downward. The fries are usually my favorite, but on this occasion not so much. The fries I received were are niblets and the bottom of the tray leftovers. My order was not prepared correctly and the meal unsatisfying. I should have had them redo my meal, but I do not like to cause problems. Unfortunately there were too many employees standing around doing little or nothing. Not sure there is much pride in their work. They need to do a better job and serve food and people as they would like to be.
Hey I have ordered for spicy burger with combo. Honestly my money was wasted on this spending. It doesn’t taste good. Burger is like frozen. I am very disappointed with the food. Please improve on the food.
At this location they always get my orders right and in a timely manner!! I drive a little out of my way just for that! Other locations take way too long and most times don't get the order right
Do NOT come here late at night. I got a bacon cheeseburger meal and 2 shakes.
1 the shakes have so much syrup that it tastes like an order at Starbucks but at least Starbucks has clean cups that don’t look like they’re smeared with everyone else’s drink spill that I had to ask the person handing me the drinks to wipe the cup down.
2 the meal came with no fries
3 the order was cold after a 5 minuet drive and the whole place smelled like weed
The day staff is usually on it but tonight’s night staff seriously falls short
