Tyler was rude in the drive thru. No patience and snappy although there were no cars behind us. We’ve always had good service here but tonight we were all left with our moods killed. Customer service may not be his calling. Food was great though
This location is always consistent with great tasting food, equal portions of veggies, friendly and capable staff. There are numerous What a Burger in my area but this location is THE BEST.
As someone who works in the service industry and is very polite to people on a daily basis I was appalled by Mr Tyler's service when he served me and my friends tonight. Everyone else was nice and accommodating and the food was on point as always. He was snappy and rude even after we apologized for a little giggling.
Visited this Whataburger for the first time after driving in from New Mexico, and I couldn't have asked for a better introduction to their menu. Mir, the fantastic employee, was an absolute gem in guiding me through my order. Not knowing what to try, Mir provided a detailed breakdown of each burger, and with their assistance, I opted for the classic Whataburger without tomatoes but with extra Mayo. They ensured that every aspect of my order was perfect, making my inaugural visit a resounding success. I'm immensely grateful for the exceptional service from Mir, and I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking a scrumptious meal. 5 stars!
Drive thru employee rude. No courtesy. Just handed me the change and then the 2nd time around the food, despite me being polite and appreciative. The chicken sandwich was wrapped upside down, had a flat bun, with limp lettuce. Looks like it had been sitting for a while. Never experienced this before at this location. So disappointed. Train your employees to show some southern hospitality even if it is drive thru.
The meals may be messy but the dining room and restrooms are definitely not. Music is soft enough to have a normal conversation. Overall, not as chaotic as other Whataburger locations but it was also 3:30PM.

Jan 2024 - Stopped by the OG Whataburger here in Cinco today for late lunch. Gave their Buffalo wings and Avocado bacon burger a try. Both were ????. Always clean, always good.

The drive thru at this location is terrible. This evening we decided to try the drive thru again, completely disappointed. Once we got home the food was almost cold, we barely had any fries, the gravy was only half full and my daughters Dr. Pepper hardly had any taste. What is going on Whataburger? This is the last time we will visit this location.
