Love their burger with Texas toast. Always feeling satisfied with the meal. Adding extra vegetables making the meal more healthy. I would go there when I don’t have an idea for a meal and finding a quick solution. They are 24/7 that means they will always there when I need them. The vibe is always good and the employees are always nice and greeting every customers. It’s a meal for both mentally and physically.
On 6/7/2024 at approximately 1215pm I went through I believe is lane 1 drive thru and ordered a bacon smokehouse double large meal. I did not receive the bacon smokehouse double. Instead I got a plain dry cheeseburger on Texas toast. I’m at fault for not double checking my order before I left the drive thru but Whataburger is at fault for not giving me the correct order. I hope I enjoy the burger I did not ask for. Please train whoever takes orders to better take orders correctly. Meanwhile, anytime I go through a drive thru I will hold up the line in the future to make sure my order is correct.
Today I went to this location and it is not the first time that I have been attended by a person named Olivia, very friendly but smelled very bad. I understand that all establishments have a hygiene code that must be respected. I have no complaints about the restaurant but they should pay more attention to their workers.
We tried the BBQ "wings". They were out of every flavor except BBQ and Buffalo (which is never an option for me). First off, this is not wings, they are breast meat nuggets with regular whataburger breading just like the strips cut into 2 or 3 pieces and drowned in some overpowering thick ass BBQ sauce. What -A- let down.
Every time I go to this place they mess up my order or the food quality is horrible! This biscuits are always burnt! My burgers are undercooked and sandwich not made as requested! This location is horrible!
This place was just ok. They forgot part of our order, some of the drinks were out of service (namely Dr Pepper) and for some reason my chicken sandwich had the whatasauce on the outside of the bun ????. But the staff was friendly.
I was very nervous ordering my grilled chicken burger because most of the time the cook ignores my request. Not today. Federico made the most amazing grilled chicken burger that matched my request. I would post a picture but i already demolished it!????
Food is fine but always check the bag and be ready to wait longer than you would at any of the other options around this location. Morning Staff is terrible. Lunch time it gets better but still check the order.
