Tried Whataburger for the first time…whatadisappointment.
I ordered the Bacon Steakhouse Double Whataburger. There was no seasoning on the burger and mine was so greasy. The grease was dripping out of my burger. I ended up not even finishing it because of the grease. Even without the grease, I was not impressed with it at all.
My wife ordered a patty melt. The bread, the sauce and the onions were really good, but when it came to the meat it was just blah.
My mother-in-law ordered the biscuits and gravy breakfast. She said it was similar to a Hardee’s biscuits and gravy. It came with hashbrown bites which were undercooked.
The shoestring fries were good though ????

Ordered 2 chicken sandwiches were correct 1 large French fry got about half a container of them and a milkshake which the lid doesn't fit. I tried the new wings but total disappointment there. ..order said would be ready between 8:58 and 9:02 but didn't get it brought curbside until 9:25
This location is very busy but must say that Ms. Antoinette knows how to get the job done. My fries weren’t fresh but she replaced them with no problem. Not only does she interact with the customers I observed her actually working to get orders out. She appears to be very firm but she encouraged her entire team to get it done. KEEP IT UP
This food has really gone downhill in a big way. It's more like, "Where's The Burger". The burger is almost non-existent at this point. I'm not even sure it's a real burger at this point. It tastes more like some genetically modified "thing" that they're trying to feed us now. It tastes nothing like a real Burger. I ordered a #1 meal and the burger is extremely thin, doesn't even fit the bun now, it's small, and nearly not worth even getting anymore. Don't even let me get started on how the bun flattens out too much of nothing while you're eating it. The fries were limp and were not good tasting. The sweet tea, and I got half sweet and half unsweetened tea, and it tastes like sugar syrup. My 22 year old son and I are not impressed by this restaurant anymore. It's not the employees, although some employees have attitudes at the drive-thru window, it's the low budget food that we are now getting at expensive prices. The sweet tea used to be really good, now it just tastes like sugar water with no tea taste. It's sad that you're food has gone downhill that much. And this isn't the only time we have gone there and have been very disappointed. This is about the end of the road for us on going there anymore. Again, the lack of quality in the food is not the employees fault, or the manager's fault, it's corporates fault, and what they are sending to the restaurants for us to eat. Do better Whataburger!! You've lost a long time customer.
It was good food . Cynthia forgot to bring the syrup 2 times . We got our food in 13 minutes . Everybody was polite an in high spirits . Good job we left happy
Made a big order for breakfast everything was there an pretty quick also .
I wanted a quick after gym breakfast, so I ordered curbside from Whataburger. I got the Breakfast on a Bun sandwich, nothing fancy. When I got home, I put it in the microwave for a few seconds and it was tasty. The service was good. I didn’t have to wait too long to get my food. The employee who gave me my food was very pleasant. Good experience and the sandwich was delicious.
Check your bag before you leave the drive thru. Waited 15 minutes to get a meal with some warm fries with a ton of salt dumped on the top and they forgot one of my items.
Waited over 15 minutes, order was wrong, ordered one sausage and o e bacon egg and cheese biscuits. They were dry and crumbly. Eggs dry and to me burnt (had a lot of crusted edge)
Always have to wait 15 and more minutes just to find order is wrong or food below standards
