This is a large fry… probably would’ve gotten more if I ordered a medium. I am not joking, I go here plenty nights but this is the 3rd time in a week I’ve been screwed like this. This is unacceptable and my party melt literally has 4 jalapeños on it despite paying for jalapeños.
Great customer service! I’ll definitely be back. If you’re in this area, I suggest you stop by Tilly’s for a drink and a good time (right next door) then have some Whattaburger from this specific one right afterward.
Service was very poor coming from a manager the light skinned chubby manager was very rude and loud and the customer waited 15 minutes on one burger I waited 20 on 2 hamburgers I think they should be more professional and not go back in forth with the customer the man told her he asked for to go she screamed to the employees oh he said to go but that’s something he told her and the whole environment was off and beyond waiting so long I’m not imagining it was at least 10 workers but not being used properly discussing outside business is not appropriate be the manager and not the friend…
If you’re a delivery driver, GOOD LUCK. You’re gonna stay there for a long time, and the assistant manager is rude towards delivery drivers. Stay far away. As for the food, they have it ready but don’t actually bother giving it to you since they don’t care. Sometimes I’ll
be standing there waiting for up to 20 minutes with the food right there ready the whole time.
What the?! burger
Being new to Alabama this is the very first Whataburger I’ve been to.
Despite the line, the ordering was fast.
I saw lots of commercials for the Pico de Gallo burger so that’s what got me in
I ordered it without cheese. Not impressed with the presentation. It looks nothing like the picture. It’s called Pico de Gallo burger not burger with Pico. After two bites there’s still no Pico or the creamy lime sauce. We had to wait for the food. They could have spent a few more seconds putting a little more Pico and sauce so it would look and taste better. After I got towards the center, I found the Pico and it tastes great!
Also since this is the first time here, I don’t know if we are to clean up ourselves or if it is the norm to leave the cleaning to the staff. The others seemed to have left it for the staff and although they are not that busy, no one has come out to clean. I just cleaned up after myself.
Food was great and order correct. Nothing special service wise. They only got three stars because the food was done correctly. Very long wait for a basic meal, no extra instructions. 20 mins at an unbusy time with one person ahead of me.
Stopped to get sweet & spicy and Lg. van. Shake and the hamburger was awful , I took pictures so I’ll be going back up tomorrow. I guess when certain managers are working employees do what they want. Updated I went back the cashier was so nice, she gave me a fresh made one . So 5 stars for the young lady and 4 for the food .
Good fast food. everything costs more now. So instead of paying high dollar for crap you can pay high dollar for delicious
