I have been in another country for the last six years, so when the chance to finally get Whataburger arose I jumped on it. I was hesitant that after years of being away I would be met with terrible customer service as well as sub-par food…. Let me tell you it was AMAZING! I told them that it had been awhile since my last Whataburger since I had been out of country and they made sure to help me. The servers were patient and kind. They suggested a great burger. I recommended every stop at this Whataburger if they wish to have an exceptional experience. They also gave me a small gift which I treasure greatly!
Very courteous gentleman at register taking orders.
Got my usual, triple meat with cheese and no bun. Service was quick and the person who delivered my food to my table was also courteous and polite. He then began spraying down and sterilizing tables. I liked that.
This location was pretty clean to other Whataburgers I have visited. The floors were not spotless but all the tables were clean and ready to seat customers.
My food was hot and delicious as it usually is at Whataburger.
If you are in the area I would definitely give them a try.
Even the restrooms are clean! That's a big thing for all the traffic that comes here! If this place was a few years newer and bigger - there would always be a line out the door! Excellent experience every time I come here - very consistent.
Breakfast as always was fantastic. My only issue is, the sign hanging outside of building is situated right in front of the handicapped parking spaces, and all handicapped people have to walk around the strings holding this sign in place. "See Pictures" Not all handicapped people can't bend down low enough so one could go directly from the vechile straight towards the front door without having to walk around the back of their car to get around the strings holding this sign. I have never had such a problem at a Whataburger! I was in the outside lane of the drive through and watched 5cars go through before I was talked to, to get my order. Then I was given the wrong order. I ordered a jr double with a 20oz shake. I was given a full double and a large shake. At first I thought they were trying to apologize for the wait but nope I paid for it. The only other time I have had a problem with Whataburger was at this location for breakfast, I wrote it off as a fluke and gave them another shot. I will not be returning to this location.
I haven't eaten at Whataburger in a very long time. My family and I enjoyed it!
Standard Whataburger...friendly and quick service. Took just over 5 minutes from time of order to delivery of food to table. Overall a clean restaurant. Did not use restrooms, so can't speak to those. Parking is plentiful, but watch out for the drive-thru folks next door at the BM-Laguna Madre...they tend to not look when they exit as you drive by to the Whataburger.
So I'm changing my 4 star into a 2 star at the moment for the 1st time I decided I was going to use the drive-through I always ask. Ed for my fries extra crispy.... And my hamburger extra well done.... And I come to the drive through and I get my sandwich not correct.... And it was slappally put together..... I hate leaving negative reviews But it typically happens to be the weekend crew when this happens.....
