Compared to a McDonald’s it’s nicer tastier food. But it’s still basic fast food. Nice service. Fries were a bit cold. Haven’t seen polystyrene cups for years so was a novelty. Fine if you need a burger fix and better than some other options.
Ordered a dry spicy chicken sandwich meal, receipt said dry as well. I open my sandwich and it has the works lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles….. guess I need to be more specific next time!
The man who helped us (have his name but would rather not share it publicly) had a bad attitude, I purchased 3 meals and he gave us a total of 2 ketchups and 1 honey bbq after charging for extra sauces. He closed the window before I could ask for more and had literal black teeth.
Refused to refund my card after taking $10 from me and refusing to compromise after the item I selected was unavailable. No indication on the app that their grill was down. Telling me to go through their damn call center to get my money back. Absolutely ridiculous. Don’t use curbside at this location.
The morning crew is on point, friendly, and professional. The night crew made me, not my food, their behavior made me question if they were handling my food in a food-safe manner. They were also making inappropriate sounds aloud while I and others were in the restaurant.
We got mostly chicken meals. They did give my husband burger buns on his chicken sandwich instead of toast but he said it was still delicious, and I came in with really stupid pokemon slippers on and was really self conscious, but they compliment my shoes and made me feel way better lol.
Food was great today, and service was top notch :)
I didn't get sick at this Whataburger! It really is not the same.
False advertising. Sign says open 24hrs but they close at 11pm, and somehow is more expensive at this whataburger. They tried charging me $18 for a #2... this place will be out of business within the year
