Sky, the cashier was very nice and thorough. Did a great job with the rush! Do not know managers name, but she was working her butt off! Keeping the flow together! All did a great job!
One of our favorite places to eat when we travel to Alabama or Florida. We don't have this in Kentucky and it is such a treat to eat there. Best burgers hands down
Service was friendly however I got a medium fry after paying for a large
ordering through drive through, they ask for name stated name and spelled name. Woman says can''t hear you , so I yell my name, she then screams back through the box my name and what would you like, she continued to scream the entire time. I do not know about you but, that is not what a customer service person should be acting like and should not be employed if you can not be polite to people. store 941 - woman was Pearl, guess from what I am to understand she is the boss. - I really do not think I want to go to that store again.
Food was great, but they mess up our order the first time, forgetting two items. The second time got order mixed up.
The food was good, but I asked for a honey butter chicken biscuit and a large coke and she automatically rang me up and charged me for the meal. I didn't realize it until I had already driven away! This feels very sketchy and scammy.
The employees were all courteous in the drive-thru and the orders were received relatively faster than most other locations.
Average experience the burger didn’t look the best, but it was tasty and the onion rings were decent I’d stop by again. It’s not the best burger around.
