Just went through drive thru to pick up some food after our almost 3 hour road trip. Got home with the burgers and it was not even cooked completely. Still red in the middle! Highly disappointing. Decided not to even bother going back for a refund because by the time we drive all the way back there for that...it will cost more in gas. Definitely will not ever be back.
This was a first time going to a whataburger. It was really good, the way 5 guys is really good. Everything says whataburger! I love that they have ketchup cups instead of packs, it's nifty the way cfa ketchup is special. They also have a spicy ketchup. This particular location was so clean! No employees standing around on phones, or just hanging out. Multiple times they came to sweep and wipe tables off. I asked for mayo and while I waited, 3 more employees asked if I was being helped. The only odd thing is why a single burger combo (10.38) costs more than a double burger combo (10.19)?
This was my first time to Whataburger and it lives up to it's name. My burger was very tasty & huge in size. Three of us ordered different items from the menu & everyone was pleased. We ordered in the drive thru & order was ready as soon as we got to the window. I'd like to eat @ Whataburger again when possible.
Our first whataburger experience and it was great! Delicious patty melt and fries. The bread wasn’t the best. I thought it would be more toasted but still an amazing fast food burger. Biggest disappointment is they said the shake machine wasn’t working right.
Fantastic! A definite must stop. We have been to a lot of Whataburger’s through the years but this is the closest to what the Texas tradition is all about. Clean, I mean super CLEAN! The perfect 100 Health Score as you walk in says it all. You know the menu so we won’t waste your time there. Clean parking lots, friendly greeting, clean counters/kitchen, fast service, and clean seating. Catching the theme here? Oh yeah, and clean bathrooms. Food could have been marginal with how well this place is run. But it is most definitely not. Hats off to this well oiled machine. Keep up the great work!
Grilled cheese wasn’t cooked. They didn’t give me the second patty I ordered. Machine was out of Coke, even though I paid for it. Server ignored me for first 5 minutes I was there. There appeared to be a meth addict there.
First time at whataburger, can’t say I’m impressed.
That being said, the burger was pretty good.
First time trying this place. Garbage cans out front were overflowing, and restrooms were in terrible shape. Staff was completely overwhelmed and very unfriendly. Food was subpar due to missing items/ingredients. Unfortunately, my first experience here was left much to be desired. I'll try again, but certainly not this location
Staff member Kaylee was working at the front counter. They were incredibly unfriendly and unprofessional. Their attitude was beyond disrespectful. If they are the representation of this business, this needs to be addressed immediately.
Service was slow. Had to wait at the counter a while to put in the order and later to get ketchup even though we were the only ones in line. Seem to mainly pay attention to the drive thru customers. Had not had a Whataburger in a while. It had a decent taste, better than I expected. Wouldn't drive out of the way for another, but better than Mc D or BK.
